since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

Hi, I have multiple licenses of BeTheme which I’ve been running and supporting clients over the years. Now that you’ve rolled out Update 22.0, how come no matter what I try, I cannot simply update Betheme from its current 21.6.1??? Wordpress simply starts the update process and hangs there. Please advise.

There seems to be a little bug – on the iPhone 7 of my client, the logo is not shown. Instead there appears a little square, to indicate, that there is a picture mising. On my iPhone 7 this bug is not happening – on my iPhone everything is fine. But never the less, my customer is a bit unhappy – do you know about this bug? Hi,
we’ve checked this site and there is nothing wrong in the theme. As you already mentioned, it does not happen on your iPhone but client’s. We’ve checked above site on 3 different iPhones and all works fine so you have to look for a problem out of the theme.

there is no virus in the package, whatever software says that, it’s wrong. To upload files, please download them from Themeforest, unpack and upload instead of already existing files via FTP.

Hi, I’ve just received an email from my Wordpress admin backend: “Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Betheme.” And it continues with the error details: Error: Call to undefined function register_sidebar() in /home/rezaghobady/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-sidebars.php:154 I’m on Wordpress 5.6.2 and would like to know whether I need to have paid support for this kind of issue and whether you’ve experienced similar errors. Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

Just purchased and tried to download all files. But windows 10 flagged it as having a threat and quarentined it. tried again with just the wp install files, that worked. what is going on? Now I have no way of setting it up or have any docs for setting it up or getting support. How do i get help or quickstart files

according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on Envato marketplace and not only Betheme.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means that you did never bought any license of Betheme. If your client did, ask him to create an account on support forum so you can post there instead.

I have tried to deactivate my key from one of my test domains and activate it in the real domain, but it does not let me, it keeps telling me that it is activated in the test domain. I successfully disabled it and then deleted all files from the test domain. What I can do?

Hi, I wanted to reinstall and register the BE theme. But it tells me that the theme is already registered on travel4food.de There we had the theme installed once, but the domain has expired. Can you please change that and delete the domain from the system.
