Not sure why you have all these Posts modules, but this is not good also for performances. In case you should remove the “counter” from the other modules.

Even if this is not one of the advertised features, this should work. I tested briefly with a standard iframe, and it seems to work. I’m not sure to understand what you mea, however there is a similar known issue, due to several things, but in short, tabs and isotope don’t work fine together unfortunately, since tabs pass from hidden to shown state and isotope changes the post positions all the times by starting from a width and a height that it thinks are “0” when the tab is hidden. If you want to try a possibile workaround (if your issue is the same as the one I’m talking about of course), try to add this JS snippet to Theme Options > CSS & JS > Javascript>

That doesn’t change a thing… there are strategic reasons behind the elaborate and complex WP environment someone set up to achieve biz goals and vs. our goals PODS was/is better. You write in your guide “You can also opt for other plugins” and “Uncode offers you Custom Post Type support!” Apparently those 2 sentences are not entirely true… as people like me can find themselves in trouble if they read your misdirecting guide. Your should write something like “We discourage the use of other plugins other than Custom Post Types UI”. Especially if we are talking about a plugin (pods) that it’s much more appreciated by WP community (confront the reviews).

But that’s ok. As I mentioned, I understood a bit better the company policy and the way it’s doing business towards clients. Nothing to add. I wish you good luck!

I understand your point, however please consider that you can’t expect that on a commercial theme for every plugin that is not perfectly compatible (since here we are discussing about a ”-”) an author can modify the code with all the problems this can create for other customers. When you create a custom Post Type one of the best practice suggested (Justin Tadlock) is that names should contain only letters and underscores (e.g., post_tag): https://github.com/justintadlock/content-type-standards
In a few words we stick to this and I don’t think that at this point for compatibility problems with users who already use Uncode without problems it’s possible to introduce this kind of modification to give compatibility with the plugin you requested.

first of all, we are talking about a theme… not a plugin, so I don’t really understand your initial sentence.

Second, your guide shows nothing on the kind of CPT names to use that are compatible with your theme! If your theme isn’t compatible with ”-”, despite WP, Pods and even Custom Post type UI that you link ARE, you should mention that on the provided guide! But it hasn’t been the case. Also, in 2021, most plugins or themes I know and use are actually compatible with hypen in URL/CPT, yours it’s the only one not compatible. Regardless of the guides you follow.

All in all, what to say… yours it’s a very disappointing answer. I thought you were a customer centric company that took at heart your clients’ needs and provided feedback and improvements, but I was wrong.

we don’t know any plugin that creates this kind of forms specifically. But it seems a form with some custom styles only, so you could also try to use Contact Form 7 plugin and work on its html markup and CSS, maybe helped by a freelance web designer if you need. Best

Here are the products displayed by the “Posts” module https://undsgn.d.pr/sR1Bco in particular we put the product called “Product columns” out of stock https://undsgn.d.pr/SYeVWT and in facts it disappears https://undsgn.d.pr/yeEtzL

As far as we can see the theme works fine with the default WooCommerce feature and from here we can’t understand if you have particular settings or extra plugins that can generate a strange behaviour unfortunately. Please, check if you set correctly the “Out of stock” settings.
