No need of screenshot as such because I am not getting any error. When I go to edit product, I remove the existing product picture. Then I am unable to add new picture. When I click add product picture link, nothing happens.

I tried in Edge and chrome. Cleared cache as well. Still no luck.

For your information, I am using this theme on two websites. The one with wordpress version 5.6, I don’t see this issue. The issue is with the wordpress website that got updated to 5.7.

“Set Product Picture” link does nothing and hence unable to add/modify product picture.

If it is the Theme issue then it must have to appear on my test site as well, so it makes clear that this is not our Theme issue but the issue on your site only, you can concern with Woo and WP support on this.

Please edit your about us page and scroll below, you will find the view options and under view options you will find an option Banner Type set as Banner Block and just under it a block slug name which means the particular section is coming from Blocks:

So you have to go to Porto >> Template builders >> Blocks and finds and edit the particular block with Elementor page builder:

Now you have to edit the particular section and go to Style >> Backgroun and choose/change/set the image from there as showing below, finally publish it and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate Dynamic Featured Image plugin from there, and then go to WP-Dashboard >> Portfolio and edit the particular Portfolio and you will find the featured images section in the right sidebar, you have to set multiple featured imaged from there and save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

It’s important to note that it is the responsibility of every company or website owner to prepare their sites for GDPR compliance. It is not the duty of any framework used to create and manage a website’s compliance, solely. In almost all cases a lot of manual fine tuning will be needed. Generally speaking, that means there is no use in asking “Is WordPress GDPR compliant?” or “Is Porto GDPR compliant?”. For example, Porto itself will never be violating the GDPR criteria as it does not collect any data. It is a powerful tool to create websites, and the end users website is what will collect data and the data collected will be different for every use case.

Does that mean that WordPress and Porto users are left alone in their fight for compliance? No, not at all!

And yes you can use the Google Fonts locally as well.

But before contacting us, please check the plugin setting once completely and also follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|.  Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.
