what do you mean? i have only 3 files (functions.php, style.css, screenshot.png)
The functions.php file comes empty. Please check if there is any custom code in that file and also any script in Flatsome>Advanced>Global Settings areas.

If you change the Cart Style to Link in Flatsome>Theme Options>Header>Cart and remove the Cart element from the header via Header Builder, it should work.

I have a slight issue with one of my Flatsome installs, when logged out the main menu is perfect, as soon as I login the “home” page on the menu is shifted over to the right and a hidden link to my hosting site has somehow appeared on the menu, I have no idea how this has happened and can’t find any problems on the appearance>menu section, help is appreciated! The “blank” space is actually a hidden link and if clicked takes you to my own website. The screenshots are from a completely different unrelated clients site.
