I have deregistered the purchase code on my site and am trying to use it again on the local version of the site to experiment with some plugins, yet I keep getting the error message “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code”.
Help, I really need to test some plugins on my local host before installing them on the live site.

Hi, I am using a 5 licenses of this theme. On last two created I was use image carousel. There is a bug on newer wordpress version. I was try to find a issue but cant localize a problem. When is on same page two block of image carousel, only first one show up and dont work slider autoplay.All work on wordpress 5.5.3 version.After that version of wp this scenario dont work – tested on iphone(safari) and mozilla(86.0.1 (64-bit)) and only work on google chrome. Please catch this error and fix or send me a solution because I cant update wordpress till this is not fixed.I was try to clean history and cookies and its load fine, but after again visit a page this scenario dont work.

you got this error because you are trying to install wrong package. The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip

I have purchased this theme twice now because it has an AMAZING initial library of import options for clients that want a grab and go website without paying over $1000 for additional content to be added.
HOWEVER, i have 0/2 working licenses as the 1st one i never ended up using and even though its been deleted from the databases completely that used it as well as the files themselves have been removed directly from the ftp server and it still says I need to deregister and remove the files despite having 2 licenses that both ahve been removed completely from all servers.
I understand the need for an artist/developer to protect their work but its the second time this issue has been obstacle out of two times attempting to use the work put into the product that was paid for. Thanks if there is anyone else who has this issue
I am on a time crunch where I am losing the value of the theme each hour I wait for a response, so I will be purchasing a third license with the expectation that support addresses this issue in SOME manner

How to update the parent theme if I’m using the child theme? Do I still need to change to a different theme like twenty twenty themes or something before ftp’ing the updated version of the parent theme to the site?
Hi,
if your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under Betheme > Dashboard section.

Ok, guess ill have to update manually. I see the update button and i have version 20.9.0.1 installed. It fails when clicking update version. Says package is empty.
But do i need to change from the current active theme, betheme-child theme, to a different theme before going in via ftp and deleting the parent betheme folder?
I’m backing up the old betheme folder first just incase.
