Hi, the theme has an issue with Contact Form 7 – the wheel just spins upon submit. There was a similar issue with Avada in the last week or so but they released a patch, please could you update?

If I understood you correctly, you would like to change the price of your photos depending on their sizes. If that is what you would like to do, you can easily do that by setting your product as variable product in WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

hello update the enfold version, but in the images it only shows me a size option and not the various dimensions as before, is it a mistake or did they just remove that option? since it was very comfortable to make changes to the website

Thank you for releasing an Enfold version for wordpress version 5.6 – I was not able to get my developer to migrate it in time. Can we get a new version of Enfold for WP 5.7 by 3.18.2021 or so? Please advise. Looking forward to being fully up to date soon! so close…...

Enfold 4.8.1 is compatible with WP 5.7 as well. We have been testing with 5.7’s beta versions and tested with official version too

Which version of Enfold and WordPress are you using?
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1 and update WordPress to the latest version as well, make sure to clear cache. Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression, scroll to bottom of the tab and check “Delete old CSS and JS files?” and save theme options. Clear cache and check if that helps. After that you can enable JS file merging and compression again.
If that too does not help, could you please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it?

You can choose to display different menu on mobile however we do not have an option to redirect to another page for mobile visitors. You can use a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-mobile-url-redirect/ for that though

As I have replied to your thread on our support forum yesterday, we were unable to find the account on our forums. The person who bought the license probably never registered to our forums. However you would need access to ThemeForest account that was used when purchasing the theme to be able to download the latest version of the theme.
If possible, please contact the person and request the information from him.
Envato support might be able to help you recover the purchase. Honestly, I am not sure if that is possible but if it is, you would probably need to provide a copy of license or some kind of proof of purchase.
The last option would be to purchase a new license. We hope you can recover the account

I have been an avid user of Enfold for quite some time however I am finding the lack of new demo themes available for install is concerning and those on offer looking a bit stale when compared to the competition.
It would be great to see new demo theme examples being added monthly for your customer base to use.
When comparing Enfold to other themes there is an exponentially larger gap occurring in available demo themes to use as it makes developing on Enfold that little bit more tiresome and longer to compete. The value ratio is therefore greatly diminished.
I love Enfold but for me creating from scratch pretty much every-time now slows the whole process down when new, fresh demo themes would be a great advantage and tool to have.
Please, could we have consideration to some investment in this area as I am sure all your customer base, especially the agencies that use Enfold, would be very thankful.

hi~ thanks for great theme~ I have a question. After updating to v4.8 and editing some text and save, there is a BR tag added after SECTION.avia_codeblock_section tag which is in MAIN tag role=”main”. It appears only on the page using transparent header I think. Could you check that issue whether this is bug or not and solve it with coming updates? Thanks^^
It appears no transparency page also. haha… It disappears when I click save that code block and save page. And appears again when save page without saving code block.

I am testing the new version (4.8) of Enfold (on local MAMP) and I see that in the “Special Heading > Content > Heading Text” there is still the “Warning” when using html tags (ex: strong).
I was hoping that with the new version of the “Builder” it would solve this issue

We will improve the description as using HTML tags correctly actually does not break ALB but adding >, <, [, ] etc. or using broken HTML do. So you can ignore the warning and use HTML tags
