Hi, Yesterday I installed the theme and registered it, but today when I install the plugins and import the theme, when I go to the registration panel it is blank and when I enter the code again, appears “Code is already registered for other domain”. How it is possible?

i wish to use this theme to build with elementor. Your features list says : -Elementor page builder plugin compatible -WPBakery Page Builder for WordPress Plugin included ($46 value)
Does this mean that the elementor page builder plugin is not included ? Do i ,independently, need to purchase a 1 web site elementor suscription ? Can I import an elementor demo ?

Wilmer is tested with the free version of Elementor. You can choose to import the Elementor demo, as well as the WPBakery demo. All the same elements/widgets are available for both plugins.

hi, i have purchased the Theme some 1 year ago and the support has expired. Unfortunately the dev took so long and now i need to import https://wilmer.qodeinteractive.com/about-us/ page that i have deleted back then to use the nice Professionals Grid you proivide in the Professionals section.
I tried to install this localy but the installation doesn’t let me activate the Theme in a Local environment so as to export the page and import it to the live website. can you please indicate how to import just this page or please indicate how to recreate that section?

Hello, I tried to contact customer service in the mail but there was no response after 24 hours. I decided to buy the license again to continue with my site but now I have another problem that I detail: The site exported completely without any problem. What does not work well and has some kind of error is the wpbakery page builder plugin. After editing any page when wanting to save it generates an error and closes the screen and loads a 404 error. Then I return to the previous page and everything is the same. What if it works is to make a page from 0 that if I can modify and save it without any problem. I would like to receive support for that since I bought the issue twice and I need to solve.

Not sure why. So i followed the steps in your documentation and its very straight forward but it fails. Perhaps the downloadable files need to be corrected.

I have got a response now but its not even related to what my issue is and truly bad. My issue is the import button not there not working i can not import the demo to work on it. I asked for the help and the response is a link from the installation guide which i have followed the issue is not mentioned in the installation guide the import button is not there.

I have one more hopefully last question. In your live preview. When we go to the portfolio page there is few different projects and when you select one of them for example i am choosing the Gallery in grid page I can see few photos and those are projects if i click on one of them that take me to that specific project i selected and then i can navigate with the arrows between the projects but in the middle in between the arrows there is a button a square shape with another 4 squares with in the button my question is how do i change the link of where this take me to.

I’m having issues with tabs not working properly on mobile. I’m suspecting it could be because console shows this error:
Uncaught Error: no element is specified to initialize PerfectScrollbar
Also the videos from youtube don’t work on mobile. I had to resolve to using Wordpress’ video element.

Thanks for writing in! Please read this article here. If it is not working after the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here, in the jQuery Version option just change to the Legacy jQuery version and click the save settings button.
