I have this problem:

when I try to update the plugins Electricity Core Version 2.4 -> 3.8 and WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.5 -> 6.2.0 I get the following error

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

So I deactivated and reactivaed the licence and when I did that, I got this error message: “This licence active in Another Site”

What can I do next?

Dear Author, I purchased this electrician theme probably about 2 years ago. It has worked great for my brother’s electrical company until recently I am having all types of problems. I had a developer look into it and he told me to purchase the theme again. If I purchase the theme a second time, will it have upgrades or is it the same as what I purchased 2 years ago? If it is the same with no upgrades, there is no need for me to purchase. My brother’s electrical site uses your theme and it can be found at www.OzburnElectrical.com but the site may be down now. About two weeks ago, it started giving me all types of problems and blank white pages. I contacted my hosting company and they verified that it wasn’t from them. The developer said that it possibly was viruses and they tried to fix but then they came back and said that they needed the latest Electrician’s theme. Where are the settings for themes top bar contact info? I have the checked the documentation here: https://smartdatasoft.com/docs/electrician-electricity-services/electrician-options/header-settings/ and am using the latest version, But the settings in the documentation are different from what the actual theme settings are. I need to change the demo text (8494 Signal Hill Road Manassas, VA, et etc). Looked in widgets and elsewhere without any luck.

The theme is awesome! The only issue I am having is I have been unable to change the demo main dark blue that is in footer and headlines etc. I have gone through all the color options in the customization section. All orange color was changed successfully and some of the dark blue as well. But just can’t seem to find how to change the overall dark blue to the color I want. Where would that setting be?

Hi, I’ve opened a couple tickets and one of them has been days with no action. I’m not a coder by any means, but I’m a little frustrated that the elementor widgets aren’t more customizable. For example, some widgets don’t let you have a call to action button, I can’t for example get the author/signature feature of one widget to be a part of a different widget. There’s one widget where it forces you to have two buttons, and one of them doesn’t even have a place to add a link, just the text. Am I missing something? I’ve bought a bunch of different elementor themes before and all of them I have been able to choose to have call to action buttons in each section, or have more flexibility this one seems very rigid. Can you please let me know how to fix this, or alternatively refund me for my purchase ?
