Hi, i wrote to you twice, maybe you would answer me here. I am installing Porto for a new client. When I want to activate the theme, a message appears : “Your ip address is blocked as spam!!!” So I cannot activate it. I installed Porto with the same computer last week for another client whith an other purchase code. I sent you the proofs. So please, could you put my IP with a normal status so that I can go forward? Thanks in advance.

This is not an issue but the Lazy Load issue, Please turn it OFF/Un-Check from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load and click on compile button and finally check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore, and it is clearly written in Lazy Load section that:
Disable this option if you have any compatibility problems.
So, your site has compatibility problems with Lazy Load please do not use it.

Hi, I bought two porto themes. But unfortunately my support time has expired even before I started using them (one of them is still unused) One of them has a problem with mini cart on the header of the mobile version. This seems to be the confliction with any third party plugin on your site, because it is working perfectly fine on our Demo site and on my test and all the other customers sites as well, so please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 13/02/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

You have to change the primary color from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin as per your requirements and for the rest of the page elements for changing the color, you have to edit those elements and change the color and some of them are coming from Custom CSS, like for SVG Icons, and for that you have to change the color from Theme Options as per your requirements.

How can we show a banner in all eshop pages only. We dont want to show in home page etc, but only in shop page, in each category page, product details page.

Yes, you can, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and create a new block, named it and add/set/create banner in it as per your requirements.
Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and finds and edit the Shop page from there, scroll below, you will find view options and under view options you will find below listed Options:
Content Top
Content Inner Top
Content Inner Bottom
Content BottomSo you have to paste the block slug name in any of the above listed option as per your requirements, it will show that block banner/content on Shop/Category Archive pages of your site…
For single product page you have to follow the same procedure but with every single product by editing them seperately.

First of all, you have to understand some rules, that you can not use multiple page builders on the same site at the same time, otherwise, they will conflict with each other, please read the below-listed threads.

Let’s take an example of Shop Demo 10: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/
You will find 3-page builders when hovering over it, so you have to choose any single one and import the Demo with that particular page builder and Customize it with the particular page builder as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/w3jHrws3
Now the oldest plugin with Porto WordPress is WP Bakery and then Porto WordPress makes compatibility with Elementor and now with Visual Composer plugin as well, so obviously WP Bakery has the largest element and shortcode library as compared to other page builders who are recently added to the compatible list and are growing with updates of the Theme.
But all are very powerful page builders so you can use anyone who better meets your requirements.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

Sorry to say that but this is not an issue. Due to small screens of mobile phones. those element Animations do not work there because animations need proper scrolling and screen size to work. So they do not work on mobile. Animations only work on the desktop version of the site.
