Hi, I just purchased the theme. It looks great in the demo, but the demo import is extremely unintuitive and broken. So far absolutely nothing works after importing, even though I followed the instructions in the documentation and resaved pages/skins etc after importing. It looks nothing like what I purchased. Is there no simpler way to import the demo data like typical themes do? I contacted you via the support link. Looking forward to your reply to solve this issue ASAP!

Hi John, I’ve tried number of times to setting up this theme to work properly but no menus, carouses are displaying and entire theme seems to be broken . I can send you the video screen recording of how does it looks like on my local if you want ?- (just send me the email which i can use to attach this video recording).

The demo content is not working. The documentation link says to click on the Aheto wizard setup button but this does not exist on the updated version of Aheto. When i go to plugin page under Aheto, the setup wizrd button is there but then when i click on it it says that I do not have access to this even when I am the super admin.

Listen these 13 hours could have been saved easily if you could fix the issue with your demo installer…or at least mention it in your theme that buyer HAS TO WASTE 48 hours after registering his complain to author because of issue with your demo installer !!! This is pathetic from your end…. every single buyer is suffering from this exact same issue of demo installer yet instead of resolving the issue you are either not replying or asking buyers to waste another 48 hours of their life before expecting any response from your end!!! I have gotten back to you within the ticket and I still haven’t gotten a response.. All I need is for the demo data to be imported, because at present, following the documentation’s instructions, the pages, headers, footers, menus etc don’t show like in the demo itself.
