Bug report: When using sticky menu with Flatsome (latest) and Wordpress (latest) the website logo is showing twice on mobile devices. One Logo in the menu the other logo under the header.

UX builder doesn’t load correctly after the WP update. Every time I try to add an Element in UX builder, it loads a tiny frame with the search bar and as I scroll I can see the element menu there, but too tiny to do anything with. see the GIF capture here: https://gifyu.com/image/YNdP So far I have; 1) Disabled all plugins and tried. 2) Did a nuclear reset and purged the entire website content etc to start over. Still have this issue. Can anyone guide me as to what the issue could be?

I was about to and then randomly tried disabling all my browser plugins (Chrome) and that worked! Must be a conflict with the recent update. I am using the child theme with the 3.13.2 parent. WP 5.7, PHP 8.0. It was working fine on previous versions with all the browser extensions on though.
Everybody is talking about the contact form7 and that the spinner is continuously rotating. I understand that this issue is fixed in the next update. I notice one more BUG – submission in the contact form varies from 2 sec to 50 sec. I fought that the problem is in the server or plugins. I checked other websites with the Flatsome theme; many of them have the same issue – contact form 7 feedback is returning from the server with long delays. Turning off WordPress plugins resulted that the Woocommerce plugin slows down the submission of the contact form 7.

I found the post excerpt can not be displayed on WP 5.7. The excerpt of old posts work well, but when I updatad some of the old posts, the excerpt disappear on blog page. Anyone else met this problem?

Hello Team,
I just checked on my tuto page (https://mafamille.site/tutos/) and saw that where the videos are supposed to be there are just white spaces. When I edit the page (from the admin with UX builder) I can see them, so the video are supposed to be there, it’s showing blank on the front-end only.
I tried to change the link of the videos by the “embeded links” but it’s still the same…
Any idea? Others are facing this issue? Your expert help would be highly appreciated.

Turns out it took care of itself… I don’t understand why! Probably related to a conflict with another plugin: I deactivated all the plugins to reactivate them and everything is back to normal!

How come the “Align rows equal” does not always work? Sometimes the boxes aren’t equal height (see https://kraesb2b.dk/om-produkterne/). Is it not possible to have them equal height with image boxes or?

Please try to enable the “Equalize Items” option in Flatsome>Theme Options>WooCommerce>Product Catalog as well.
Equalize items is already turned on but not working. I also tried turning of all other plugins, so there is definitely no compatibility issue. Spent 2 days trying to fix it
There are 2 different options in the same place. “Equal Image Heights” and “Equalize Items”. Can you double-check that both are enabled? Disabling and enabling them again may also be helpful.
I double checked, yes, it is turned on. I also tried turning it off and on without luck. I am selecting the one called “Equalize Items” just above Sale Bubble Style
Sorry, I see you’re not talking about WooCommerce category page. I guess that page was created with UX Builder. A section>row>cols. Please add “has-equal-box-heights equalize-box” classes (without quotes) into the Class input box of the parent row element.
No problem Yes it is a normal page made with UX Builder where I picked Equal Height in the row. I tried to Edit with UX builder, go to the row and add has-equal-box-heights equalize-box to the class box. This doesn’t fix it either

Fantastic theme but REALLY hoping you are going to be including an update with fixes to high cumulative layout shift from theme. Nav menu and different elements move aorund ever so slightly but causes really bad score on google lighthouse tests.

Vertical menus are not included in Flatsome by default. But, you can create a similar one with Ubermenu, which is compatible with Flatsome.
Hello, congratulations on your template, it’s really great! I noticed a small bug in the image galleries with slider and auto slide: If a click (desktop) or a touch (moible) is made, the slider stops auto slide. Is there any way to correct this error?

Flatsome uses Flickity for the sliders. That behavior is the result of the author’s decision.
“As for stopping auto-play on click: this is a feature of Flickity, so that the carousel does not auto-advance while users are interacting with its content. I feel this is a good pattern to uphold so there is no way to disable this behavior.”
It’s discussed here. Also there is a workaround with jQuery.
