I plan to buy this theme for a client. I have a few questions. This will be my first time buying from a theme, I am kind of confused.
After purchasing the theme, I want to install it on demo.mydomain.com. Once the client accepts the content, then I will publish it on mydomain.com.
Am I allowed to do that?

Hello. The theme is simply amazing. But I found a theme bug. If you turn on the blocks in full screen and add a background video and use a transparent header, when switching between screens, a fragment of the previous video remains in the transparent header. This is demonstrated on the website https://3a.agency. Tell me maybe this can be fixed with something?

It isn’t a bug. The full-screen section calculates its height based on the header area height as well as the Page Scroller script takes header height into account. The sticky header supposed to have a solid background color to work as intended. Go to Impreza > Headers, open your header in Header Builder and apply some not-transparent color, I think that the black one should fit.

Thank you for your quick response. With a specific color, everything works as it should. But how to make the cap fixed and transparent?
Unfortunately, the current framework doesn’t support this feature out of the box. If you delete header background, you see the content under it. So it’s better to apply a solid color.

As I can see the cart works well and there is no extra CSS found, please clear all cache and check again.
Thanks for getting back to me.Yes the cart works well. But it is the Add to Cart button under the product image which I am talking about. It removes itself on mobile. Do you have a work around so this does not happen?
Sorry for the misunderstanding! Yes, this button is hidden, go to Impreza > Grid Layouts, open this Grid Layout in the editor, open Add to Cart element settings and make sure that you didn’t disable it, please see this: https://prnt.sc/11bo51i

We update a clients site that has this theme active using ManageWP. It appears that Slider Revolution and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugins are not updating automatically when we update the theme. The theme and WPBakery Page Builder are updating.
Is there a reason for this?

Unfortunately, IconBox doesn’t support custom icon sets. But you can pick the desired icon from ether FontAwesome or Materia set, there are over 5K icons. If you won’t find suitable icons, you can hire a separate developer to implement your custom icons.

After updating theme to latest version with all theme plugins to latest I started getting following error.

I am trying but i deactivated main domain license it was on and migrated to tried to make new domain sync with support end but now it just shows as blank. I did manual upgrade to 7.13 via ftp but i would like auto updates on. Also I cannot get filebird plugin to activate
