The beautiful prebuilt website number 49 in the light edition is coming this weekend. So get started with Brooklyn now and never miss a free prebuilt website again.So I’ve configured my contact page by putting my domain email in the “To” and “From” field, and then I copied the shortcode and put it on the contact page under “Drop Us A Line” but the site still isn’t sending emails. To test, I sent an email myself from my account and it worked, so the issue is inside the theme. Any suggestions? Maybe a solution to a common problem that I’m missing? What should I check?

Hi! I tried to to install the new version 47 on my site but the website installer doesn’t import pages post and media items. It’s 0%? but the total progress says 100% Why is that? It worked like a charm before the new update? Regards!

I am 99.5% complete but I just can’t figure out how to change the logo that flashes right in the beginning – while the site is loading. I’ve been able to change it in the header.

The menue is not showing and only shows up, if you i scroll down … Where can I set up the menue, that it shows permanently… And another question… Could it be, that you get a fester answer in your helpdesk if you post it in english, instead of german?

these things are all possible with our theme, but some require additional plugins, such as the multilanguage support (we recommend WPML in this case). Newsletter can be covered with Mailchimp and for SEO you have to use for example Yoast.
We also have a page builder bundled (WP Bakery) which is required to edit the demo website we provide with the purchase.

We are developing site with your theme for a client that is why we do not have PURCHASED label but we have a valid license.
We are experiencing problems with your demo 18. We don’t understand how to put pages into sections like explained in your documentation. We cannot find your menu type option section or page. https://prnt.sc/10p58mcWe also tried to set pages as children to front page but we did not succeed.
We also don’t know how to edit our team page, nothing is appearing in vc pagebuilder, and we noticed that team has it’s own template https://prnt.sc/10p5bh4
Can you please explain to us how to make menu type appears, and how to put desired sections on the front page.

did you use the Envato Login button? If so, make sure when redirected, you are logged in with the correct account. However, if you manually register, you can use the license key o sign up, that should also work.

FREE CONTENT UPDATE
I’ve updated the theme and all the plugins but still my backend editor doesn’t work – it just shows lines of code. Checked here and the forums and all you say is update the themes and plugins but this doesn’t work. There are loads of posts in the forum about this and the same answer every time but it * DOESN’T WORK * and renders the theme useless.

What am I doing wrong?
I also had to deactivate the plugins because I was getting a 503 temporarily unavailable message. Once I deactivated them the site came back up, so I’m sure one of the plugins is the problem.
