Hi, I need some help with licence key. A few weeks my website was on OVH, but unfortunately was on fire. it was the licence and I can´t delete the licence because obviously I can´t access to him. I change the server and I tried write the key but said “License already registered with different server.” This website is not online please anyone can help me with this? I paid for this licence.
Does it support RTL ?

there is not RTL support out of the box. Means you can switch to RTL but it will require extra work on some modules.

so people have been asking for an option to make the header size larger for specific type of logos .. why have you guys not added this in an update in 6 years?? seems kind of counterproductive, especially considering more than one person has this same issue
I mean can you at least provide the proper coding or instructions needed to make that header portion larger as well as the logo, so I can do it myself?? Its the least you guys can do
There is an option in Theme Options > Header > Header and Navigation > Logo Max Height and Header Height.

I felt so helpless when my support is expired. Though I hide the top header but it seems it is still there in transparent form. How to remove it. I want to remove that space above the nav bar. Please help.

I decided not to use this theme. It’s really so confusing and I am not being able to put one site up in a whole year. I have already completed at least 25 sites for my clients with the other theme which I purchased later. I have got familiar with it and have all the stuffs I usually require for my clients. Thank you for your help so far and your willingness to help further. I just felt this is not for me.
Hi, pre sale question: The video option in the pricing table is fantastic except the static image reverts to a totally unrelated Youtube video once the video has played for the first time. Can this be changed to finish on the original static image, or could I self host the video to avoid the YouTube distraction? hanks

you could at least insert a selfhosted video but at the current stage, this will cause a distortion of the video. We have a patch for this ready and can forward you it in case you purchae before we run the necessary updates.

Hi Kerrin,
you can edit the number in Appearane > Menus. First check Screen Options in upper right corner and make sure to activate “Description”, then edit the menu enries and check their description field. Once you deleted the number, they will vanish from the navigation.

yes you have full control over the menu and all other aspects of the site. Also having multiple form and maps is possible, but for a language translation you need a translation plugin such as WPML.

Hello, my support just expired but I need help with the logo. I added the code .site-logo img { max-height: inherit; } but that is making my logo too big. I’ve uploaded a smaller size and that changes the resolution. Is there anyway I can add a size to the code? Without the code my logo appears too small so that’s not a option. Please help…thank you

Hello, the Elementor plugin is compatible with Brooklyn. If you want to use the Elementor plugin with Brooklyn, you are welcome to do so. But only in the functions that the Elementor plugin provides.
Because Brooklyn is not based on the Elementor plugin it is only compatible with the plugin.
We are thinking about creating an Elementor version for Brooklyn.
