why do my paragraphs have no spacing between theme in this theme. I am pretty technical and can’t find this global option anywhere anywhere. I have been banging my head and then contacted support and i used the wrong email and feel like I am running in circles to figure out a SIMPLE issue. I can not open a new ticket because I recently ran out of warranty on this theme, I tried to reinstall the theme through WordPress it did not change anything, I tried to install through the same envato plugin, also tried to reinstall via ftp and still the same error 503 …

Hi please im about to purchase this theme, but for some reason when i try to view the theme from my mobile phone, it’s usually stuck on the preloader showing loading on the white background but then it doesnt show the pages, hope it wont be this way when i purchase it?

Hello. Before I purchase the theme, I’m curious to know four things:
1. Is it possible to add video to this theme on ANY page?
2. Is it possible to add a store to this theme? I would like to sell products
3. If the answer is yes to question #2, then Is it possible to install this theme and while this theme is installed, create an additional page that will be used as a landing page for a product. Can this be completed independently of the main installed theme’s homepage? I.e. I have a product that I am running advertisements for and I would like to create a special landing page just for that product so I can run advertisements straight to that landing page for that product.
4. If the answer to the 3rd question is yes, then am I able to keep the landing page active; while, hiding it from the public and hiding it from the website’s overall main menu?

3. Yes, you can edit your shop page indepedently of your main homepage.
4. Yes, possible too. In short, you’re able to build as many different landing page as you need and you may hide them in the main menu if you like.

2 – ) Sure, both grid and mosonry portfolio options are available as needed.
3 – ) If you’re referring to the preloader, there are currently 12 loading type: https://prnt.sc/10tew77 or if you asking about header logo yes you can use logo on the homepage and hide on other pages. All pages can use with header + logo or other types. You can add your logo in the preloader screen e.g

Does the preloader allow me to upload my own logo? Which means when user first go to the website, the preloader is only for homepage and able to show the logo before going to the homepage. Can the homepage be linked to sections like parallax? Thank you !
