How to access the members deshboard page as an admin of the site? I can’t find this page in the backend
The members dashboard is built using Widgets. These widgets are set in Student Sidebar and Instructor sidebar based on user’s role in the site. Locate these sidebars at WP admin – appearance – widgets
customizer keep refreshing the page unable to edit anything. Is there a bug?

You need to fix the bug regarding the missing icons and the problem with Elementor. Support sent me a procedure that I must perform every time I update the page, using the chrome page inspector. This is absurd, and my students too, after entering the site via pwa add all the icons. Fix it.
We have a permanent fix for this already shared in the docs : https://docs.wplms.io/admin-guide-faqs#elementor-and-other-icons-go-missing-when-pwa-enabled , just need to add this fix once and for all. The plugins should ideally cache font paths automatically but elementor defines font paths inside their css files hence the plugin is unable to cache. If you’re unable to do it we can add it in your site.
You sent me the link, but it doesn’t show where to insert this icon set into the PWA pre-cached resources. Only has the image but does not show where it is located for me to paste the url of the icons

Hi! We are planning to launch an online academy using your platform, may you be able to confirm our concerns below if we use your theme?
1. Given that we can embed Youtube videos in the course, is there a way to monitor or ensure that the learner have finished playing the video (without doing massive skipping) before system can say that the learner completed certain portion of the course or Topic?
2. Will we be able to assign a “Credits Earned” every course that we make and reflect it to the certificate ? (Note that we will NOT offer an entire curriculum and each course is independent and not related to any other course but we just want to showcase Earned Units per user
3. Are you accommodating “custom development” of a certain page of the theme (i.e. profile of learner) ?

1. Yes we have media lock available. As we use custom player for playing YouTube videos we have a switch which can enable seek lock, and unit completion only when user has fully finished watching the video 2. Yes this is possible
3. Yes the profile page is built using elementor or gutenberg so you can easily add custom elements there

We’re very close. Next month we will have 4.1 version, we’re currently making changes in the upgrade process so that we can reduce the steps in the migration process. Migration is possible even now but users find it difficult as there are multiple steps and we’re automating some of those steps based on user feedback.
I look forward to the release of version 4.1. We have not yet updated to 4.0, because we waiting release version 4.1 so we can do it without any problems.

Hi , I need help in the following
1. While using Vibe BBB meetings cannot be scheduled by the safari / ios platform as flat-picker doesn’t work. please suggest a fix
2. Secondly I have vibe appointments plugins to creat bbb meeting but once it automatically creates the meeting time on the appointment and the meeting time on the vibe-bbb meeting is usually 5 – 7 hours apart I am not able to understand the issue even after setting time zone in php.ini

2. Please set the server time with the timezone of your country. Also check Wp admin – Settings – general – timezone, meeting creation request is sent by the server to BBB and this seems like a timezone issue.
Footer/User Dashboard Conflict!

Not exactly a conflict. Use barebones template for the app page. Also replied on topic another alternate fix.
Yes, the app page is set to barebone (no header, no footer) template but the problem is still there: The barebone template is not solving the problem.
