Hi good morning. I just bought this theme, is the first time that I used it. I´m working with Architect 3 demo, and I´m a little confused about how to edit the pages. I was reading that WPBakery and elementor are optional. Please check this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/6hZu97.jpg This is the Muffin Builder?

the BeArchitect3 demo can be edited with Muffin Builder only. All pre-built websites made with Elementor, you can find on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash#websites (there is Elementor filter on the left hand side).

Yes, indeed. In some older pre-built websites we’ve been using raw shortcodes & simple html tags when it was necessary. In newer demos, it does not happen anymore.
Furthermore, we work very hard on newest version of Muffin Builder, the backend and frontend at the same time. It should be ready really soon.

Yes, if you want to make particular text white color, you have to wrap it into right tag as you marked on the screenshot.

Yes, I know it, but it appears after every refresh of page. Is there posibility to hide it FOREVER?
Sorry, missed that important keyword. There is no such option to disable this notice forever because many people just ignore such warnings and later says that something is broken or does not work. That’s why this message has to be visible. But we may consider while future updates and option to disable all notices in header.

I need a little help – I am building basically a landing page based on the Travel2 demo. I don’t want any header displayed but when I choose Blank Template, the Revolution Slider doesn’t show up. I made it work by choosing no Menu and using transparent logo png – this way the slider works. But the menu still shows for the mobiles. Which I don’t want. Maybe transparent header for mobile would help me! 
Could you help me set it up, please?

As mentioned I have already tried to use this link, I have tried to access via my Envato username and also using a few different keys, it still does not allow me access to mange my licenses – the page you linked just refreshes on me upon hitting the show licenses button.
I have now tired all 19 of my license codes and my Envato username again and the page just refreshes and does not allow me entry.

I canceled the registration of the theme I purchased from the domain I use. I deleted the files as well, but uploading elsewhere and getting errors “The purchase code has already been redeemed. Please cancel the purchase code and remove the theme folder at xxx.com”. Can you please help me?

Hi, what do you mean by all those “shortcodes” – do the users need to enter shortcodes by hand for every element instead of graphic drag&drop interface? I see sometimes only “shortcodes”, sometimes also “builder item”.. so if there’s no latter available, I’d need to fiddle with the code?

Ok, your reply kind of answers my question only partly.. If I see only “shortcodes” button in the demo, but not “builder item” near it, does it mean I’ll be able to enter these [shortcodes] only manually, by typing them via keyboard instead of GUI drag&drop? Or is a correspondent builder item still available, despite not being shown in the demo?

It depends on the item. Most of them exists as shortcode and Muffin Builder (GUI drag&drop) item. Only few, where it was pointless to make as builder item, exists as shortcode only.

Hello i used the BeTheme and the recent update to 3.9.0 for NextGEN Gallery breaks my site and no content shows. If I turn off the plugin it then works. NextGen is a major plugin and i am sure this will break thousands of sites

Hello, I’ve encountered an issue with the new Betheme Support forum – requesting the “new password” (as required by the new forum) never returns one to me.
