No need to use any third party plugin for the Events, we have the built-in Custom Post Type in our Theme named as Event and you can enable/disable it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Event as per your requirements.

And sorry to say that but we have not tested the particular third party plugin with our Theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want you can try it but at your own risk.

I have just checked your site and provided URL’s on Firefox and on Chrome as well and all are working fine for me, it must be the cache issue nothing else. Please try to clear the cache of your server and site and finally check back your site after removing the browser cache.

Otherwise, turn that Loading overlay option OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> General, it might conflict with your server cache or site cache.

But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache, or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. It is almost the same, and only the search bar has an issue, And this is because you are using Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search and Live Search as well, and on our Demo, we have only used the Live Search, so you have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and deactivate the Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

How to update Slider Revolution ?

You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

Hello. I have a problem with the lightbox. In wordpress, articles section, I create an article. in it I will write a post and insert a gallery. Please check this video https://jmp.sh/uYd8xwS I tested with WordPress default gallery as you explained and you can see it is not a Porto issue with the default WordPress theme twenty twenty-one it is not working as you expect. So it is a WordPress backend file or gallery issue. The theme has no influence on it. When it starts working with the default theme it starts working with Porto too.

Hello, Just a Pre sale question. If my host doesn’t match the requirements of the theme such as max execution time etc. I can increase it by adding it in ”.user.ini” file? Also if site doesn’t work properly or broken i can get refunds? I have sitegound and HostGator accounts.

My host “siteground” only offers 120 max execution time. Will the theme still work?Can adding a dynamic timeout work.

Yes, Porto WordPress Theme can still work with 120 max execution time as well, but some times the page builders cause the issue with such low max execution time, and as I described above already, if your hosting provider provides your account the access to write the files and then those written changes will apply on your site, you can do it with those files scripts as well. otherwise, it will not apply.

We are sorry we do not know about any nulled and we do not provide any support for such nulled versions. These are fake versions. We only Sale our product on Envato (ThemeForest).

You have to Login into your Envato Account and go to Downloads and then download the Complete Theme file from there, and you will find the very latest version of the Theme package, and then you have to extract that package into your computer and you will find Theme Files folder and under it you will find porto.zip file and that is the actual Theme file.

Then after that please read and follow the instructions written in the below-given article:

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

That update cart button is actually in the div of that Coupon Code section, so you have to turn it ON, and then you can remove the Coupon Code from there using Custom CSS easily.
