i have been testing on many devices and also sometimes when clicking instant booking in mobile device the message don’t show so my test users clicking twice and so on.. so i wonder how i can show all the message above the submit button it will make more sense.

Hi Birken, I needed a little longer time to answer in order to investigate this. We already have a built-in functionality to automatically move the screen to show the message returned from the booking form. And I tested this, it works. I understand that the button should be clicked only once, that I can check with development, but I do not see why the message should be placed above the button since the page automatically moves to the message if the user does not see that by default.

i understand i have tested it and sometimes on mobile view it did not move up and also did some test with users they missed the message up there. as it is now it takes couple of seconds to load the invoice so could you help me with any of the below?
1. do you know how i can disable the “automatic moves up” then i can just add a css code to move it down?
2. or how can make small spinning circle so it looks like it loading?

Hi B, I cannot offer a solution as the message is triggered from jquery, We can advise where to look, but I know you prefer direct code solutions and in this case I do not have a way to provide the exact code. But will check for sure the idea to add a processing status to the send booking request button which should apply to both desktop and mobile.

I see the “cancel reservation” button clears the reservation on the owner dashboard and the tenant dashboard and administration.
How do I know what amount I have to reimburse because I have no records of the amounts on the administration.
I do not see the remaining balance from the owners. I don’t see any financial activity on the admin dashboard.
It’s difficult to send payments to homeowners based on invoices …

Hi. You have in invoices the status canceled by user for invoices paid and booking canceled by user https://prnt.sc/1125mcw and in the invoice you have the details of the user who paid to send money as admin.
Wallet and payments from admin to user / owner are a complex functionality. It is not an issue, if it a functionality extension. I cannot advise if we will extend the theme for wallet and payments from admin to owner at the moment.

Hi. A plugin review would not show on the property card the stars, unless you add a plugin and change the code for the cards. I would not be able to advise more, but technically it may not be a straigh forward change.

i notice when using Stripe Capture option is not sending mail to owner only to wordpress Administrator, I am using your system as one owner (subscriber) and Wordpress Administrator is separate from Wprentals and why do i do that?
as i am have a employe that is handling payments and bookings and is very Important that employe has no access to wordpress Administrator and this is a very normal practise!
so how can make the subscriber get a copy of the mail that and booking has been made but is processing and when the mail has arrvied to employe they login to Stripe to Capture the payment.

Hi Birken, Connecting the previous comments, you use woo commerce to process payments and woo comments announces admin of new requests he has to process, correct?
In this case, owner and admin are different for woo commerce and what you wish is extend woo commerce end of functionality (not the theme)
The woo commerce system may have a way to send notifications to specific emails but all I found is this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/advanced-notifications/ I did not test, but it is all I found relevant.

Since price is by night or by hour, it is difficult to create such a combination of price to be honest. If you have an example, I can take a look to see how it would work, but I cannot make any promises for this request.

Hi, its simple – i have one car trailer – and my customer should reserve this trailer 4 hours (fix price), 1 day (fix price), 2 day (fix price), 3 day (fix price),...
So if somebody rent this car trailer more than 4 hours, it will take the price of one day. The reservation will be marked on calendar and is blocked for other reservations on this time.
Would be great, if you can check and implement this feature / make it possible.

Reservation B: 2021-03-31 13:00 – 2021-04-01 08:00 = 19 hours -> 1 day = 32€
Reservation C: 2021-04-02 13:00 – 2021-04-04 08:00 = 43 hours -> 2 day = 42€
For each of these reservations you need a space to set a price for hours / day….
Hi MontevonzoT, Thank you for the details. I understand the pricing, but it is not possible in the theme I am afraid. The price itself cannot calculate by these variables (less or more than an amount of time)
I am not sure if there is such a bookings solution, but in this case customizing the theme may be too complex to achieve what you wish. We have the possibility to redirect users to a different url (of your choice) for each property when clicking on book now button. If you have such a solution as 3rd party solution, you could use the redirect.

What is happened, if you have for each product the possibility to set options like:
Option A: Select hours or day(s): 4 hours = total 20€ Option B: Select days: 3 days = total 90€ Option C: Select days: 5 days = total 110€ Option D: Select days: 7 days = total 130€
All options will be blocked after ordering…

Hi MontevonzoT, Thank you for the message. For this to work you need a calendar that can work with hours and days and to be able to process booking requests by these different options.
The day calendar we have in the theme can do only days bookings and the hourly calendar can do only hours bookings. Neither can do hour and days so what you wish is not possible for sure with the scripts we use.
What the theme supports as booking - Use either daily bookings with variations for price per day for bookings over 7 (and 7 can be edited as value in admin) or price per day for bookings over 30 days (and 30 can be edited from admin) - OR you use hourly bookings and make the same price per hour variations.
With property custom fields details like the price you describe. But the bookings itself could not be processed with the theme built-in options for a price structure as you describe.
As said before you can add a redirect url for each property so if you already have a solution to process bookings like that, you can use the redirect url.
What is possible in terms of what would be needed to integrate a calendar as you wish, make the price as you wish and process bookings request automatically, all these I cannot advise as we have not researched this idea before.
