Good evening, I’ve been using this awesome theme for a long time and have a great time. But now Google tells me that SOME pages on my site are not “optimized for mobile”, but how is that possible? Have you also had this problem?

How do you activate the lightbox feature in the gallery pages? I click on the images and they don’t do anything. The images don’t popup and show the full image like it’s supposed to.

(German) Translation on Checkout lost after Update 3.13.3: Hi, the German translation is missing in the checkout after the update. There are the words “1. Shopping Cart” “2. Checkout Details” “3. Order Complete”. These words are not translated anymore. It still works in the version 3.13.2. The translation is still there in the translation-file “de_DE.po”. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, im seeing a problem in demo. When i make a search like: https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/?s=cloth&post_type=product it returned shop results and THATS OK, but when the url is https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/?s=cloth&post_type=product?1 it returned wordpress search results. So i think i will have a conflict using last url with utm_source parameters. How can it be fixed?

I asked the same question a week back, but did not get a full answer. We struggle with lay-out shifts on the product pages of our Flatsome based websites due to the Flickity slider. It is hard to see if you open the page, but we do not pass Core Web Vitals due to a CLS of 0,285 on the mobile product pages.

I have made a clean install with just WooCommerce and demo content installed and we see the same behavior there.

I know that you don’t have the same behavior on your demo site, but I guess that is due to that you use Nitropack. I installed Nitropack as well to test it, and then our lay-out didn’t shift either (according to Google PageSpeed).

Hi, I need to add a tracking tag into the header in my website, how would I do that? I know that I would have to go to Theme Editor and place it in the header there, however every time I update to a new version of Flatsome, it’s gone.

In responsive modes, if I want to create designs only for pc and in tablet and mobile mode, hiding is not possible to help with this problem. Also inscribing css in each column or within the built page would be good. Thank you

Hi, I have a issue on my website. In my main menu: “Products” tab, when I click on the Sub-Heading “Foot Care”, it directs to an error page: 404. However I have already created a page for that. I can prove this because when clicking on other links on other parts of the website (such as sidebar, footer) it directs to the same page and it appears then.

Please advise.

P.S.= I have already updated the new Flatsome version (if that helps in any way to resolve the issue).
