I am having the worst time using the Bakery theme. Confusion with WP Bakery Builder, using the demos, and so much more. This is not a user friendly WP THeme

Hello Edge Team, I’m thinking about buying this theme for my bakery/fast food restaurant, but I have some questions. 1) On the shop page. Is there a way to split the products into groups other than categories that open on a new page? I want the shop to look like menu sections, all on the same page. 2) Is there a demo for the backend of the food ordering software to make sure that it will fit with my operations? If you don’t have a demo. what are the methods you use to notify the staff that they have a new order?

1) Default shop page that you can see on this link will display all products, and the option to edit its content doesn’t exist. You can read more about default WooCommerce pages here.
However, you can create a page with several different product list shortcodes to split products into several sections. Take a look at the example of product list here.
2) This theme uses WooCommerce plugin for shop functionality and managing products, and you can read more about managing orders at this link.

In Edge Options > Social Networks > there is no place to add Instagram as a Social Share option. Is it possible to add Instagram as a social share – if so, how?

If you want to display those icons globally then you need to insert widgets to Appearance > widgets > Header widgets menu area as you can see on this screenshot If you want to set them to display on all shop pages then go to your default shop page and in page options find Edge Header section > Menu Area style, then in Choose Custom Widget Area option from the dropdown choose the custom widget area called Header Menu area as you can see on this screenshot

Hi there! I just updated the theme to the most current one, but it seems that WP bakery and rev slider weren’t updated? I could very likely be doing something wrong – what do I need to do to update those as well – I see your revision log lists:

hello, i tried to activate paypal express from the woocomerce settings. works great so far but the button won’t show up in the mini cart widget. any fix for this?

The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.
