Unfortunately we did not testes this plugin personally, and at the same in our Help Center we don’t have any reports, so we can’t tell you if no one uses it or there’s no problem. I think there are no problems because everything seems pretty standard. If you are interested you can test it yourself and if there are problems we can offer a refund so you can test risks free (of course ask for a refund during the first days after purchase).

Hi Rianling! I think that for some reasons Window Defender shows you a false positive, on the ThemeForest servers there is only one version of Uncode and it’s the one used by all users.

Hi there! This may be dumb, but I cannot find the options within any rows or columns options.
The site’s row on mobile currently moves up and down as the scrolling text adds more lines, making it become larger. This is distracting. Is it possible to make the row show just the full size of the largest testimonial (see image) and stay the same size with the smallest one? Thanks!

No problem. I think it’s with the plug-in, not the theme.
I do want to report a bug that has been with Uncode for some time now. Under certain circumstances, the spacing with objects will change for no reason. It’s fixed by finding the element(s) causing the issue and doing something simple, like adding a space after a letter, saving the page, deleting it, then saving again.
I’m not sure what the cause of it is, and it is random. We don’t specifically select and modify column height, row spacing or anything of the like. Sometimes you’ll save the same page twice and it’ll do it on its own.
You can see the difference in the spacing between “backed by” and the logo in the screenshots below.

Hi. I have recently come back to my website build, with no recent changes made and for some reason “feature images” and “portfolio images” are no longer displaying??? They do however appear every now and then on a refresh but are heavely pixelated and then also disapear? Can you advise? Is this an update issue? or a settings issue?

Hi thanks for that. Everything updated and worked temporary! I now have an issue specifically in content blocks. Where the shift between “classic” and “backend editor” are not working. “Backend Editor” is not showing “add element” or previously added elements???
If you are to start a new content block add “element” and “add wireframe” can be seen but do not respond or load any options.
Can you advise? Ive designed a whole site and doing final tweaks and this is very frustrating.

Unfortunately, it’s not something we can debug here in words without the possibility to access your installation. Did you try to remove possible extra plugins? Please try to deactivate for a while all extra plugins. Did you try if this is somehow related to cache?
I purchased the theme in February and wanted to test it on a dev environment to make sure it did everything I required for a project. After uninstalling it on the dev environment, I wanted to use it for my project, though the purchase code is no longer valid. Is this correct, even though it is currently not using the purchase key anywhere?

Hello There is a problem with the porfolio load more function. If i select infinite load more in the porfolio module and choose only 10 items to be loaded, then the filtering menu above will show only the categories of the already loaded images ! That is a huge problem. How to force show all filtering menu ?

This is exactly the expected behaviour otherwise you will have also filter items which would not have filtered anything if the corresponding elements are also not present in the page. This is a “filter” menu as for definition and as for all examples you see in our demo, not a “load and filter” as you request. Another workaround would be to load another category at first. Now it s “All” category that is default. How can i set let s says “Cars” as default category to laod at first ?

Otherwork around would be to have the All category loaded as first but not the 500 items at once. i need to load only 10 for example but it must show other categories too then.
Please note that the support will not reply something different, you are asking for something that we don’t promote in our demo, the closer feature we promote in our demo, and that is available unless self customisation that are not supported, is the “Pagination” we already suggested.
On your demo it s possible to have infinity scroll on SHOW ALL cat. So i suppose all this discussion is about a problem on your code

It’s configured as “Grid”, “Fit rows”, “Metro”, “No fluid heights”. But with this setting the images are kinda parallax, zoomed-in to the center and change very dramatically on responsive.
I want to make the images display as they are, like if I set it as “Default” (instead of “Metro”), so the images will be like that: https://prnt.sc/11buyl7.
I can’t use “Default” instead of “Metro” because I want the heights of all the posts will be similar, so there will not be short posts & longer posts.
I believe it’s not possible to fix it via your settings, maybe it’s possible with some CSS / jQuery? Will really appreciate your help here.

Hi tovbar! You cannot obtain this with Metro since the Metro acts on the container to make sure that all elements respect the terms imposed by the grid. At the limit you have to use the default settings and create some CSS to make the elements of the same height in some breakpoints. If you need our help set a Default pass us the links to the page because it must be created based on your settings.
Thanks for the fast response! I did change it to Default successfully, but me & some developers I tried to hire for this job didn’t succeed creating the relevant CSS to make it work.
Can you maybe send me an example of the CSS code you talked about for 1 breakpoint only? Just so I can know what I should use to make it work good. I will take care of the rest of course.

when I choose Category (WP Core) as taxonomie it give me all posts categories and not a new category dedicated to this CPT
Please remember that in WordPress “Categories” are only used for the Posts, while for all other Post Types you need to use “Taxonomies”. Anyway, please note that this is not really a one-option thing and we can’t help you debugging it in words here, in case this is something you need to open a dedicated ticket so developers can look at your settings.

Hello, I’m using this template to set up an affiliate website. The product page works fine, but the POSTS block is used to load products into the SHOP page. This block seems to pull in image URL’s incorrectly. It uses “https://www.lifeisbetterpolarized.com/wp-content/uploads/https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/31FbKen4kqL.jpg” instead of just “https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/31FbKen4kqL.jpg”.

Hey, unfortunately it’s not a CDN but rather Amazon images that are displayed. So the URL change won’t work. I just set the plugin to import the images into WordPress instead and it’s working fine now. I just have to find a way to make the images all appear square without cropping now.
