hi, This was few weeks a go but still no fix with the new update!
Can you stop opening the off-canvas sidebar after a product has been added? Shop pages (Not for single product page) I know that there is a option for that.
Is this a part of support or custom work?

Did you try to disable the “Open Cart dropdown when product is added to cart” option in Flatsome>Theme Options>WooCommerce>Product Page?
samenvatoacc No this doesn’t works on shop/ categories pages! only for product page.

Hello! I’m using flatsome in an e-commerce and i’m loving it! And although there are lots of options, there’s a particular one that i’m looking for but don’t know how to manage: i’d like a widget area (column) on product page, but that area is only in the right of PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
There’s an option in layout to have a column in the product page, but today this option involves also the “buy box” area. I’d like to keep that area as it is, and have the column only bellow (as i said, to the right of product description). I know it’s some simple css code to do that, but i really couldn’t handle it myself. I hope you can help me!

Please add the shortcodes in “Text” mode instead of “Visual” mode in the text editor. Probably shortcodes are wrapped by “pre” tags which shouldn’t be.

You can mix elements on a page from different demo pages and also from Flatsome Studio.
Featured products is a WooCommerce feature, but it doesn’t have such options like product of the month or seasonal offers by default. You can code it manually or display those products just by selecting them manually (custom product selector) in UX Builder.
When using the Products item in the UX Builder the Order by options to show the products are limited to ID, Title, Name, Published Date, Modified Date, Random, Comment Count and Menu Order. But not Price? How can I show the products ordered by Price?

The price meta key is not included among the orderby options neither by Flatsome nor by WooCommerce by default.
You can submit a feature request here for a new feature you want to see on Flatsome.
Top rated features will be included in our developer’s to-do list.
I think the best default to show products ordered by would be price. Standard WooCommerce pages do this (can be change with a setting in Flatsome…), but this UX Builder element does not use this setting?

Bug Report:
Once the single product page is loaded, try to scroll up and down a bit faster than usual. What you’ll notice is that the product images in lightbox disappears. At times the gallery disappears and at times the images.
This has been going on for some time and I wonder if you have any solution for the same.

You can use one theme at a time. WordPress doesn’t allow to use 2 different themes under one domain. But maybe you can build 2 different websites under subdomains. For example, magazine.com for the main site and shop.magazine.com for the shop.
Flatsome supports RTL languages.
