I have imported the Porto shop 35 demo but in the mobile menu of the All Department mega menu, variation 1, variation 2 e.t.c are being shown which should not be the case

on desktop, they get hidden automatically but not on a mobile screen, how to hide them on a mobile screen too?

Hello, one of my clients using this theme is having issues where this review function does not work, when they hoven on any of their 1000 products it shows a black background with white text “0”. Everything is on latest version tried downgrading and upgrading too. Are you aware of this issue?

I can upload that demo no problem. But I am having a problem with the navigation. Can you please tell me how i can have that homepage with the sidebar nav and the top bar like you have in the demo?

I only see one sidebar navigation in the options, but when I do that, the whole page is acting wonky. You can see it here:

On the page right now, I didn’t add the sidebar nav header because it was really messed up.

On a single product page: - Is it possible to add custom fields, and build a product page with the same custom fields, in different positions on the page, in a different design, using a page builder? - Is it possible to replace the “Add to cart” button with the “Order now” button that will refer to a different URL (any other page product) or will open an order form in IFRMAE in POPUP?

In the GRID display of products on a category page, - Is it possible to design the grid (all without exception) in terms of structure, data to be displayed, add and / or remove custom fields, etc.?

1. You can not put the Custom Fields on the Single Product page, as there is no such option in our Theme for this, so you have to try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

2. No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible as there is no such option in our Theme for this, so this also requires Customization, OR you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements.

3. You can try with Custom CSS for removing the Custom Fields.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the particular calculator plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services or hire any developer.

Hope you can understand our limitations.

Hello, after updating wordpress 5.7.1 and woocommerce 5.2.2 the following error occurred:

“Your theme (Porto) contains copies of outdated WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions for correction:

Update your theme to the latest version. If no updates are available, contact the author of your theme asking about compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. “

Opening the link to check, the following options appear: 1 porto / woocommerce / cart / mini-cart.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0, two porto / woocommerce / checkout / form-pay.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0, 3 porto / woocommerce / checkout / review-order.php version 3.8.0 is out of date. The core version is 5.2.0,

Could they update to the latest versions?

WooCommerce 5.2.1 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 6.0.6 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a couple of template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.

And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto :)
