Hello, I have problems with adding new post and page. When I enter /wp-admin/post-new.php, it will directly send me to homepage. The status code I found is 302 Found / strict-origin-when-cross-origin

We haven’t experienced this issue on our local installation. Have you tried adding new post by navigating to Posts > Add New in the backend ( please see screenshot )?

Also, please ask host to check file permissions and make sure they are set according to WP specifications. Please check this article here.

I switched hosting provider and reinstalled WP and I get an error when i try to register the theme.(see attachment)

POST http://ideeastudios.com/wp-json/bridge-core/v1/registration 404 (Not Found)

Mention: i have clicked deregister theme on the old installation before changing hosting provider. Thank you.

Hello, I had my license key registered with my dev enviroment and accidently erased the site without deregistering it. now im not able to register the theme in my prod environment. Can you please revok my current license key and provide me a new one.

I purchased this theme but never used it. I’m finally getting around to try it and couldn’t import the demo content because it’s saying I already registered the theme on another domain. While I might have previously installed it on a domain (I have a few I use to test themes and plugins, routinely deleting all content) I am not using Bridge anywhere and can’t find the site associated with my purchase code. I cannot “deregister” the site because I have no idea what domain you have associated with my registration code. I tried sending a message through your support site but my support has “expired” so I can’t send a message through your ticket system

Since I will be building my clients site on my own hosting space & then importing it to their hosting/server I am wondering if the registration will be an issue again. Is it safe to assume that after the migration I can deregister the concept site & then register the finished website and not have any issues? There will only be 1 site using the theme as the concept site will be destroyed immediately after migration

Blog Masonry will always load blog single pages. However you can consider using a Portfolio Masonry list, where you do have an option in each Portfolio single page to add a Portfolio External Link.

I have a problem. I bought a theme. I activeted on my site. Than I would to redesing my site. I deleted the old website but I forgot the deactivation code. After the deleting I tried to reactivated to theme on new website but it failed. Failed name is the code activeted to another site. After all this moves I tried to backup my old website for deactive to code. But It failed again. Now I can do nothing. How can I fix it?

Hi I have a problem with your theme in compatibility with elementor, I can no longer modify several elements of elementor included (image element) when I try to modify all the various editing options are not displayed, I am left with the blank screen, I have tried to deactivate all plugins leaving only elementor and elementor pro active but the problem persists, I tried to uninstall and reinstall elementor and elementor pro but the problem persists, I need assistance, but I cannot open a ticket as assistance has expired as I can do?

I have a problem with woocommerce. The woocommerce pages are arranged under the header (overlap) of the site and I can’t find a way to fix the problem. Is it a bug? Bridge and wordpress theme updated to the latest versions.

Hello, something has changed automatically in the webs where I work with your Bridge theme. I see that in “page attributes” only appears “default page” and “slider revolution blank template” instead of more elements : full width, etc. Also, if I do changes and save the page, the header and footer are no longer displayed. Since there has been a new update released, please update the theme to the version 26.0 and Bridge Core to 2.7.5 since we do see that you have an outdated Bridge core plugin according to your theme version.
