We have the iostemplate from pwabuilder, we’ll be submitting the app to Apple app store this week and see how things go from there.

We have a training business. We need to be able to put training sessions on a calendar (like google calendar). We’d like to be able to assign instructors to the events and send out emails with the details in the calendar event.
how is this possible in wplms
You can use Vibe calendar addon for this. Please clarify, you mean training = course ?

Another problem. This time, on a page of type: activity. The activity page has lost all its content and when the student clicks the button to start the activity, this action does not start the activity. But when he tries to get into an activity that he has already done, he gets to access it. All of these problems are really tiring!
The message clearly states the Elenentor is not activated in your site. If you are not using elementor simply dismiss this notice. Please share screenshot on the activity. Also, it would be very useful if you can create a topic on wplms.io/support and we can help you better there.

When attempting to log in I’m told support has expired and prompted to enter my Envato username. I do this and the process repeats. I’ve tried this in both Firefox & Chrome browsers. So do I have to wait 24-48 hours before this gets done before being able to create a support ticket? Any assistance appreciated.

calendar is not showing up in Appearance->menu (i have enabled buddypress from Screen options too). EventON plugin is also installed and activated.
In the PWA use the vibe-calendar addon to show eventON events. On regular pages use EventON shortcode.
I think vibe-calendar addon is already installed during theme installation. See https://prnt.sc/12f9ypp. I don’t why it is still not appeared in the BuddyPress list in Appearance->menu.

make sure you save , this is a small SVG icon which is not imported correctly by Elementor.

My site is terribly very slow and this has been happening ever since I started importing the demo, until building the actual site and now, I am doing a pilot on the same platform – unfortunately the feedback from the users is really not good.
The teachers have actually stopped participating on the piloting phase of the platform – owing to the unresponsiveness of the site.
Basically, I have been having a terrible time to get WPLMS 4 performing at an acceptable levels concerning:
1. Web page performance 2. Page speed 3. Website speed

Yes, I can confirm that I did follow the video tutorial – optimization of WPLMS V4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IRNZDGBcDQ&t=4s
The biggest problem here is jQuery, since I am using demo 2 – which consists of legacy components from WPLMS v3.
To mitigation jQuery problems, I have removed both EventON and Slider revolution plugins.
I did make changes on the course manager section according to the recommendations.
Again, I have used imagify plugin to optimize images but there was very tittle improvement, close to zero for mobile devices.
I have noted that the WP Rocket, just like any other cache plugins, have significant improvements. My only challenge is that, part of these recommendations end up breaking the site altogether.

Optimizing WPLMS v4 – video tutorial!
I have completed conducting the speed tests. I received the maximum of 87 on mobile and 99 on desktop – but I detected some few conflicting settings, which are not compatible with WPLMS v4 i.e. Combine JavaScript files!
And after deactivating the “Combine JavaScript files”, the following still remain a big problem:
1. Remove unused JavaScript – PageSpeed Insights. 2. Reduce initial server response time – PageSpeed Insights. 3. Remove unused CSS – PageSpeed Insights. 4. Minimize main-thread work – PageSpeed Insights.
