Hi, we keep getting this error when trying to book a room Sorry there are no rooms available. Please advise as I cant open a support ticket as purchase code is older.
Thanks
Hi rwilson86,
I’d recommend checking what your occupancy limits for each accommodation are set to.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, I’m happy to take a look at this for you but you’ll need to extend support and open a ticket.
Best regards
So i have purchased a theme that doesn’t work? I have disabled all plugins apart from soho booking, set occupancy limit correctly and it’s still not working? why should we pay for support when this should work out of the box?
Ok:
1.) Login to your WordPress dashboard
2.) Go to “Accommodation”
3.) Click on a room
4.) Tell me what the following values are set to:
Adult Min Occupancy
Adult Max Occupancy
Child Min Occupancy
Child Max Occupancy
Total Minimum Occupancy
Total Max Occupancy
(assuming you’re using the adult/child default guest classes, if not, post your own guest class values instead).

Hi, I have been using you template since 2015 and translate it, and would like to buy your new Soho Template with new calander. Now my question is , can I just update the new theme or do I to delete the old one and create the new? Thank you !!
Hi paullusken,
Glad to hear the theme has been serving you well for so long!
If you’re using an old copy from 2015, then I’d recommend creating a new website entirely and copy/pasting content over.
Best regards
How do I integrate a different payment gateway apart from the ones already installed with the theme???
Hi Baffour_AK,
Currently the only way would be through your own custom code, however I’m working on an update an the moment which will add WooCommerce support, so when this update is available you’ll be able to just install the WooCommerce payment plugin of your choice and then you’re good to go.
Best regards
Hi, I have already used your theme in 2016 for a client and I am very happy with the purchase. Now I need to create a new project and I have a question about bid pricing. Is it possible to create rates that provide discounts? Example: a free night or a free dinner for certain periods? Can flexible rates be set? I am asking you this because I am setting the rates and offers with the client and I would like to do it in accordance with the characteristics of the theme. Thanks
Hi mariap69,
Glad to hear the theme has been serving you well!
You can create 3 different types of discount:
1.) Duration e.g. the discount is applied if the guest books longer than a certain number of nights
2.) Early e.g. the discount is applied if the guest books longer than a certain number of nights before check in
3.) Late e.g. the discount is applied if the guest books less than a certain number of nights before check in
And all 3 of the above discount types let you reduce the total booking price by a certain percentage.
So no there isn’t specifically an option to offer a night free, but I agree this would be useful so I’ll bear it in mind for an update.

hello very good theme, my question is if you have an update date with woocommerce, to be able to buy the theme since the payment methods I use are with woocomerce.
Hi Lext,
Thanks for your interest.
I’m aiming to release the update within the next couple of months.
Best regards
good day what booking system are you using?
Hi miks,
Thanks for your interest, the theme uses it’s own custom made booking system.

Hi,
we have an issue with our website. When we had 2 languages (italian + english), the website was working fine, but now that we have 4 languages, the website is not working well anymore. The booking calendar is not working in the French version. You can try, italian, english and spanish, you can select the dates for check in and check out, but in the French Version the calendar is not showing. The website is: https://passialterni.com/. We already talked to wpml support who told us: “The issue seems to happen because there is a javascript error on the French version of your website. The error comes from the “sohohotel-booking” plugin. The plugin is not listed at our compatible plugins page, which means that it was not tested by our team: https://wpml.org/plugin." How can we solved?? Best regards
Hi passialterni,
You need to escape the ’ symbol in these text strings with a backslash \:
Veuillez sélectionner une date d\’arrivée et de départ L\’enregistrement n’est pas autorisé ce jour-là
Best regards
Thank you very much!! Now it’s working well!! Best regards and thank you for your quickly reply.
Hello, Is there a version of the plugin for booking which is in French ? Thank

Hi, how to set this format of price: 1-2 persons – 85 USD
3 persons – 120 USD
4 persons – 160 USD
Hi s_akhter,
Are you asking if the following pricing is possible? If so yes it is.
Or if you’re already using the theme and asking how to set this pricing, please open a support ticket and I’ll be happy to help: https://quitenicestuff.ticksy.com/

is it free support or how much does it cost?
Support is free for the first 6 months after you purchase the theme.

Hello, pre-sale question:
this screenshot is taken from another theme’s description: https://prnt.sc/123e569
how does icall work in your theme?
Hi RoinL,
Thanks for your interest.
If I’m understanding their instructions correctly, there is no such restriction when syncing rooms via iCal in Soho Hotel.
You can create an accommodation type, and set the quantity to any number, and then sync availability with any service which supports iCal (such as Airbnb, booking.com, etc).
Best regards
Let’s make an example: in a 15 room hotel, I’ve: a) 3 Double Rooms b) 4 Studio rooms c) 4 Suite rooms d) 4 Family Rooms
As you know, on a hotel website, room categories have to be created, not all 15 rooms (if I’ve 90 rooms hotel, I should not create 90 rooms, I create only categories). So question again: should I synch only the 4 categories mentioned above or each room one by one?
One more pre-sale question: - how does ‘change currency’ work?
1.) Yes if you have 15 physical rooms in total spread across 4 room types, you only need to sync 4 iCal feeds
2.) “Change currency” just means you as the admin can set your prices to display in any currency, but to clarify this does not mean there is a currency switcher on the frontend which allows users to switch between currencies
Best regards
Hello, I’m interested in seeing your theme Zoho’s admin backend, if possible, pls share access details at roinlam@gmail.com, thanks.
Hello, one more pre-sale question: does your theme have a report section? for example ‘reservation report, cancelled reservation report, and etc.
1.) Sorry there isn’t an admin demo, but if you scroll down on the main demo page here you’ll see lots of screenshots of the backend: http://themes.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotelwp/
2.) All bookings are stored in the WordPress dashboard and they each have their own status such as “Pending”, “Confirmed” and “Cancelled”, and you can filter to display bookings for each status (check the “Booking Management” item in the link I posted above for a screenshot).
Best regards
if you create a report section, will be very good.
one more question: do you have the theme’s multiple use offer? I’ve many hotel clients and looking for the best theme (I’m considering also motopress’s theme).
Thanks for the suggestion about reports, I’ll bear it in mind for an update.
Regarding offers, the two licenses Themeforest offers are “Regular” and “Extended”: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

Hi, I’m interested in buying your theme, but first I would like to know if it is possible to block the booking form so that it is always visible even when scrolling the page
Hi CICCIODESIGNER,
Thanks for your interest.
There isn’t an option to add the entire booking form in a sticky menu so that it’s always visible, mainly because this would block a huge amount of screen space and wouldn’t be a good user experience in my opinion.
The theme has a “Book Now” button in the top right which is always visible in the sticky navigation, and this links the user into the booking process – I think this is a more suitable call to action, rather than displaying the entire form.
Best regards
Hi. Your theme is compatible with the redsys payment method?
Hi pzayase,
Thanks for your interest.
Currently no, but I’m working on a large update which will implement WooCommerce support, so when that’s released you will be able to use Redsys. I’m aiming to release within the next couple of months.
Best regards
Can you do the elementor version? is better!
Hi vgsnuovo,
Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll bear it in mind for an update.

Is now woocommerce payments included in your last update? Where can we see a change log?
Hi sfyk,
I’m still working on the WooCommerce update, but rest assured it is coming.
The latest update was just me updating the WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution plugins packaged with the theme, this is why there’s nothing mentioned in the change log.

hi, can i disable the stripe payment method? i want to use paypal only
Hi zshion123,
I’ve responded to your support ticket.

Hello, I would like to ask you how to update the visual composer plugin version 6.3 to the latest version 6.6 because on themeforest the last update of your theme and plugin dates from November 25, 2020. We are waiting for you read. Thank you Best regards
Hi Charlyvary,
I’ve updated the theme package.
1.) Go to your downloads page: https://themeforest.net/downloads
2.) Click the green “Download” button and select “All files & documentation”
3.) Unzip the file and inside you’ll find a folder named “Plugins” and inside this a file named “js-composer.zip”
4.) Login to your WordPress dashboard, go to “Plugins”, delete the existing “WP Bakery Page Builder” plugin and then click “Add New” and upload and activate the new “js-composer.zip”

Hello. Is it possible to connect to the PMS system (Property Management System )?
Hi Archi-Kovach,
Thanks for your interest.
Soho Hotel can integrate with other systems such as Airbnb and Booking.com by sharing booking data via iCal, so if your PMS supports iCal, yes it is possible to integrate, but only for sharing booking data.
Best regards
Hi, Do i have to click the ical sync from time to time or it is automatically sync Because it was not automatically sync when booking made in airbnb, i have to sync it manually and it is hassle
Hi zshion123,
I’ve responded to your support ticket.
Best regards
Hello, I am interested in your site. But there is a question about payment. If I buy your template, will there be a booking system, a visual editor, and a translation plugin? Or is it purchased additionally?
Hi Archi-Kovach,
Thanks for your interest.
1.) Yes the booking system is included
2.) Yes the “WP Bakery Page Builder” drag and drop editor is included
3.) Translation .pot files are included, but to actually translate you’ll need to use a 3rd party tool which is not included, I recommend PoEdit (if you only need a single language) or WPML (if you need multiple languages).
Best regards
Thanks. Another question, will it be possible to translate the text in the booking system? (1. Select Date, Select Room, Enter Payment Details…)
Yes all text in the theme and booking plugin can be translated.
Best regards
Read the comments and noticed the demo images do not come with this theme. Cant you use images that are no subject to copyright? there are plenty free sites that provide these.
having the demo data replicate your demo site is vital
i am interested in buying but the lack of demo images is a problem
Hi namdy01,
Thanks for your interest.
I think you’re misunderstanding the comments, the import data does contain blank grey demo images which are all the same size as the original demo website images. These can be easily replaced with your own images.
So just to clarify, when you import the demo data, your website will be exactly the same as the demo website shown, the only difference is the images are replaced by blank grey placeholder images.
Most customers do not have any problems replacing these images with their own.
Best regards
and how do you just replace the images? in your ftp folder? do you have documentation on where the images are, the sizes how to replace them and which images in teh front end will be replaced?
I still think it is best to use watermarked images, something visual as it helps. the blank images from what you say may not show.
this is not the first theme to have a demo import, but as you can see it can already be an obstacle.
That said if your documentation makes it very clear how to update all these images then that may work. it just adds another unnecessary step for the user, the whole point of wordpress, themes installation is to make it easier for the user
is your documentation public? let me have a look so i can decide whether it will be easy to use this theme or if it will be headache to set up.
or even better a video documentation of how to update all the images
You can replace the images using the drag and drop page builder in WordPress, this is how content is edited in most WordPress themes. You do not need to use ftp or edit any code.
Yes the image sizes are listed in the documentation: http://docs.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotel/troubleshoot-common-issues.html
But the documentation doesn’t really cover how to edit images because it’s done via the “WP Bakery Page Builder” plugin which is a drag and drop page builder, and this has it’s own very extensive documentation which includes video tutorials: https://kb.wpbakery.com/
If you do have any issues replacing the images (which is unlikely, since it’s really easy), I’ll be happy to help you via the support system.
Best regards
