That would be the infinite loading for posts, updating the theme should not activate this feature if it wasn’t active before. If you do not want to use it however, please edit the post template you are using with the composer and deactivate it, for example from a post page like this https://prnt.sc/12r0w2g -> https://prnt.sc/12r0wy6

Hello, thanks for creating this amazing theme, I do have few questions.
1- I changed the theme names and created a child theme. I change the font size for the sub menu items in theme panel, but it doesn’t affect the site. 2- Can I set an ad on top of header section only on home page? 3- I imported a new footer form your cloud library, Cloud Templates section doesn’t give me an option to edit it with TagDiv Composer, but I can edit it through user toolbar in actual website. How many I enable TagDiv Composer for that cloud template.

Maybe you are not adding the respective element in the content, instead you are adding it in the header or in the footer, that would explain it. When adding elements with the composer, please be sure to add them in the content if that is where you want them. Clicking on the added element will mention where it is, it should say content, for example https://prnt.sc/12r04el Adding it in the header or in the footer will display that element everywhere the header or the footer are displayed. Please check.

That could be caused by caching. I see you are using the super cache plugin, please check if this option is active https://prnt.sc/12qzkfj Enable it if its not active, and then clear the cache. That option should be active when using a mobile page or the mobile theme, or there may be issues like the one you are describing.

Simion, this is more than an inconvenience, it is a newspaper with employees and responsibilities at various levels that has been highly damaged for several days due to a situation that completely overtakes us.
This website has been working perfectly since two years ago, but it has been in this situation since the last update. The correction of this problem must come from your side, as creators of the theme.
My responsibility is to keep the website updated with the latest version of the theme and its plugins, to prevent problems and it was an official update that caused them.
I suggest that while they don’t find the solution, at least try to configure an older version of the theme that works without problems, until the real cause of this situation is discovered, but mainly don’t leave us without information about what is being done.

I understand the situation. That would also be an option, reverting to the previous theme version, if there was no issue before. You can always change the theme version here https://prnt.sc/12sg7o3 or we can provide the previous theme package via email. While there were some issues with this new theme version, most of them were fixed, the ones that remain will be fixed as well. I suggest reverting to the previous theme version for the time being, and sorry again for this situation.

You could try updating to this version, and check if the issue is fixed after these last improvements.

Hi, while using tagdiv composer on a new fresh blank page after inserting a row and then choosing a layout it just creates columns verticaly, if I choose for example 2/3 + 1/3 it just split the row into two columns one on top of the other while it should be horizontally. I guess it should be as simple as that because on the tutorials it’s as simple as that, but not for me. Thanks for your help

The header can display a button, for which you can set a link to a donation page, I believe that is how it works. Using cloud headers https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers you can simply add a button in it and set a link for it, for example https://prnt.sc/12k7gx4 Some of the headers available in the cloud library already have buttons in them, but basically a button can be added in any of them. Hello Tagdiv, I have a pre-sale question ? Is it possible to label some selected posts as Featured and premium on Category page . Those sections will only display Featured and Premium Posts if available and after that it displays the regular category post loop. We want to highlight selected posts in all categories for different level of visibility. let us know if that is possible !

I see that you would like to highlight some of the posts that appear in category pages, but in what way exactly? Could you maybe provide some examples of how it should be exactly? Maybe there are ways to do it. Which latest PHP version theme would support? will it support PHP 8.0? and latest MariaDB version it would support?

Usually we recommend using PHP versions up to 7.4. However, version 8 should work fine as well if you would like to use it. For the database you could upgrade it as well, there should be no problem. Make a full backup before performing any update however, just to be safe.
