can I easily put the entire store in 3 languages? brazil, japan and english? already come these translations?

Hi, I’ve been using your theme for years. Love it! However, after updating to the latest version, I have the same problem as the user, Cri22, stated a few hours ago. If I am not logged in as a user, then the header area has issues. The Icons for the menu and the cart are not there. The drop down arrow for the menu does not appear either. This happens in both computer mode (different browsers) and mobile. Please help fix this. Thank you!

Can you please specify the images sizes that need to go into the Media Settings of WP for this theme?

I use cloudflare and set to cache my product page. The cart contents show other people’s cart before updated to current visitor cart contents. The updating takes split seconds, but still it looks unprofessional.

The problem is: in cart widget, on first load the contents of the cart should be empty, before ajax takes care of showing the updated contents.

hello flatsome team. Your theme is wonderful. But we have a small problem. At the beginning of the project we could select the fonts via Customizer -> Style – Typo. Now we wanted to change the fonts again, but the dropdown doesn’t work anymore for all fonts! All plugins deactivated, but no improvement.

Do you know this case? Can it have to do with the current wordpress version or a server setting?

Hello. Is the Flatsome theme already translated into German? I only found info about “12 languages already translated” but not which languages those are. And if you have german language files, how good and complete are they? I have just spend days hunting and fixing hardcoded english strings in a theme that claimed to be “100% translated into german” (Neighborhood theme) and I don’t fancy doing that again So if I put your theme to use in german language, will really ALL theme text be translated, or will there still be english strings in a few spots?

Finally took my token after a few tries..

Unable to validate Token… says “The token is valid, but the Envato user associated with it doesn’t seem to have purchased Flatsome. Double-check that you were logged in with the same user that bought Flatsome when you created the token.” Not sure what to do now
