That might be from your site any third party plugin or from customization, so please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the browser cache and if that will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site, or if you are using Child theme then activate the Parent theme and check back, If still you are facing this issue then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

6.0.7, you’ve broken the header [again]. Menu and entire header have vanished after 6.0.6 > 6.0.7 update.
I have now rebuilt the custom header + custom footer – long story short the 607 update removed the inclusion of the custom header (it is a template block) and the custom footer (also a template block) so i just rebuilt the header from scratch as i couldn’t see where else to get this to be echoed in, the footer i have re-added using the ‘use custom footer’ on widget 1. Well, sorry to say that but we did not encounter such an issue while updating the Theme, it might be any other cause on your site but not our Theme, please always try to update the Theme by following this article: https://smartwave.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000052422--13-update-porto-theme-manually-without-loosing-any-data-
If still in future you will encounter such issue then please contact us via our support system at the same time when the issue appears on your site so that we will check it for you on your site.
Your response is poor; the issue still occured and as i was amending only content for a client when i noticed the update available, ran the update then immediately spotted the vanished custom header & footer, the issue is absolutely your update. We use your theme for a host of clients, the response and lapse approach to paid support is getting worse each time with you guys. Elsewhere next time i think.

I am sorry I can understand your pain, but you have to understand that this is not our Theme issue, If you want I can show you the update process at my end on my test site as well and all the other Customers are also using and updating the Theme but not reported such issue, so please try and understand and if still, you are facing this issue then contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
I updated 6 other sites this AM after backing them up following the issue experienced yesterday – 2 others suffered the same issues and were rolled back accordingly, 4 did not suffer the issue/reset and updated successfully. I am struggling to pinpoint the exact setup that leads to this happening, but i promise you it is absolutely theme-oriented given 1 of the others i updated this morning is a testing environment for another site we are building, has zero plugins outside of the theme-option necessiatated ones (CF7, WC, WPB, SRev) therefore has no external elements affecting/causing this other than the theme update.
Tell me where the custom block-built header is set on header-builder, that might be a start – the update essentially removed this setting and as i couldn’t find where to re-set this option i just built a new header in customiser. The footer option (also reset following update) was re-added as mentioned in my first post via the theme options > footer > custom footer > widget 1 (add block shortcode) and set to 12/12.

Look you simply wrote this as well, If on a couple of sites the update works fine then it makes sure that the issue is not from our Theme because if the issue is from our Theme then it must have appeared on your those sites as well where it did not occur.
So its a request now, that please try and understand and contact us via our support system with this thread link so that we will check it for you on your site, without checking and debugging we can not suggest you any solution as because the issue is appearing on your site only.

Hello, for some reason when i go to Dashboard->Appearance->Themes, i can see only the main Porto theme but not the Child theme. Can you explain me why? Will this cause any problems to my site?

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not use the one-page builder on/with the content imported with any other page builder, it will destroy your site layout.

If not then do it and check back and if yes, then we have to check it on your site but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 31/12/2020. There is no such issue with our latest Theme, Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Page Builder and Porto Functionality only and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

If you want to set those filters in sidebar of Shop/Category pages, then you have to set/use the the “Filter Product by Attribute” widget under “Woo Category Sidebar” and set it as per your requirements.
It is under Appearance >> Widgets.
And for Product Tags, you have to use “Product Tag Cloud” under same widget and it will work for you.
Dear Support Team, thank you for your reply. But unfortunately this is not the solution i am looking for because of the following reason.
1) IF i put tags cloud in category sidebar, then all tags for all products will be shown in each categories. How can I show only those tags which relate to the given product category? For example, if I call the product category “Shampoo” I would like to see only tags related to “Shampoo”. In your suggestion, all product tags are shown in Category “Shampoo”. I have many tags which do not relate to shampoo.
2) Is there any other way how can I assign a filter for Brand without touching the attributes? I mean, I have already assigned Brands to each product. I am looking for simple filter which will filter only brands.
May be there is a paid plugin which you recommend. I have heard of AJAX filter, does it do the filterin job for brands and tags?

That is coming from Header Builder, you have to go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder in Customizer:
And from there, you have to remove Main Toggle Menu element as showing below, after that publish it and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

You have to edit your home page and you will find the “Porto Info Box” element set there, you have to edit it and change the icon color as per your requirements.
