Hi, I had issues with my web host and was unable to log into my wordpress admin panel. So I switched to dreamhost. Now that I’m trying to redownload the theme, my purchase code doesn’t work because it still active under my site hosted by cloudways. Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

For changing the image, you have to go to Appearance >> Menu and edit the Main Menu, now you have to find and open the Menu Item as showing in the below-given screenshot and change the image as per your requirements.

And that bottom Brands part is coming from Blocks, If you open the second Menu Item, you will notice that the block slug name has been set for it as showing below:

so it means that part is coming from blocks, you have to go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and finds and edit the particular block and change anything from there as per your requirements.

The functionality Shop page has can only be work with Shop or Category pages, if you have created any Custom page then you have to Customize the functionality with any third party developer as there is no such option in our Theme for it to show the Custom Page as with same functionality as Shop page has.

You can show the products, categories on any of the Custom page using Theme elements, but you can not show the Filters on that page as shop page has…

The attributes will only show/work with variable products and when you are using Elementor page builder on your site for creating the custom product page and want to show the attributes then you have to set your product as a variable product and then use “Add to Cart” element in Custom Product Layout Builder, it will show the attributes as well.
