when you enable real time database for live chat, the firebase config are updated. So you have to re-copy the firebase config and replace the one already there in vibebp – settings.

we are having huge problems setting up your core plugins, one of the demos we want to use is not listed in demo switcher, your export didn’t backup the content we added in previous attempt to set everything up.
We wrote in your support panel, we wrote on Facebook, but nobody is replying for days on either of this.

The menu in screenshot is coming from the theme not the plugin. There are filters available which can be used to enable disable features even if you are not using WPLMS theme.

1. Thank you, you need to have the capability of manage_options to locate this page. Can you create a new administrator user in your site and check if the same happens. If yes, then install the user role editor plugin, edit your user and add the capability of “manage_options”

Replied on mail as well. There are 2 ways, set the course – order value , edit the course in WP admin and look for page attributes and set the “order” value, the higher the order the higher the rank of the course.
It doesn’t work for me.. can you give me clue in the code where I can edit the sql query and get order the courses within category pages..?

I did such a thing with Elementor on a new page, but I can’t edit the individual member’s page.
I don’t use version 4.0 because it gave me problems during the installation and the project is too important.

there is a reload timeout in dashboard page. I have raised this issue before also and you told me to clear cache and all…but it is still not working. I have to reload the page twice, thrice and even more than only the dashboard page shows up. please fix this issue.

I am little confused here, I am currently using EDUMA Theme, and because EDUMA don’t provide ready to use mobile app, I am considering to switch LMS and confused between WPLMS and MASTERSTUDY: And One thing I did not like about EDUMA is its Instructors pay request system. It is pretty plain and not a interesting dashboard.
I want to ask do WPLMS provide good earning dashboard for both admin and Instructors? Can admin see how much each instructors have earned on particular courses and in total? can instructors request payout to administrator and what are the ways admin can securely cross-check their payout request. And, I also want to know what are the other ways to request payout except paypal. Paypal is not supoorted yet in my country. I would prefer to have manual requests with manual approval and a system to save manual payout slips within the LMS system to be referred by both admin instructors like copy of local payslip that can be uploaded to instructors account to be downloaded and verify by them too.. In WPLMS you (admin) builds the dashboard using widgets. You set the widgets which are to be displayed to Student or Instructor or Parent Or any other custom role. The user themselves have ability remove the widgets and adjust their dashboard layouts which gives a more personalised dashboard.
