just a question: is there a way to have a menu in a desktop page and a differnt menu in a mobile version of that page?
For example: I’ve a menu A in the home page, but in mobile version I want to show a menu B instead menu A, can I do this?

you would need to combine both menu items into 1 big menu. Then add CSS classes to show/hide the menu items as needed on different responsive breakpoints. Relevant article

Still haven’t received any email concerning my problem with your theme. Just got an email saying “Please try using this plugin to send emails via for example gmail as proxy https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-smtp/" but I don’t use wordpress for sending emails so it doesn’t make any sense!!!

In portfolio archive page, how can I have custom portfolio amount instead of default 10 portfolio per page.I couldn’t find this option. And also is there any lazy loading features in that page?

You can adjust it in “Ark > Layouts”. Find portfolio archive layout and modify the blog element(s) via their Loop tab. There will be posts per page option. There is no lazy loading I am afraid, you would need some plugin with custom loop for that.

Ark supported site was recently updated to 5.8 wordpress. After which two Ark updates have come in and both Ark updates were allowed to run. - Now problems with broken images all over the place. On Portfolio pages all featured images broken and slider gallery images randomly broken. On main pages random smaller content images broken. The only images easy to fix seemed to be the smaller content images within Pages which required unchecking Full-width and adding a small (but incorrect) width in pixels in the Edit Image Size settings. Most of those settings are not responding as expected when changed. Had to trial and error to get those working. But if I have to do this with Portfolio pages loaded with images… What has changed to cause all this with image settings?
nevermind my report comment. Something appears to have changed with SSL and images since all these updates. Possibly on my hosts caching plugin end which was also updated. It just wasn’t all images and image size settings changes in Ark fixed some of them which brought me here initially. I’ll sort this.

This usually happens when you switch HTTPS on or off. A lot of content in WordPress has hard-coded URLs in SQL database. So if there is HTTP record in database but you request over HTTPS then it’s like the image does not exist anymore. So you need to fix your SQL database to have proper URLs.

A critical vulnerability was identified in WooCommerce (versions 3.3 to 5.5) and update to 5.5.1 is highly recommended. The modified version of woocommerce included in the ark is still 3.7.0 (ark/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php) and woocommerce shows a warning. Is there a new version including woocommerce update?

The WooCommerce vulnerability does not specifically concern that 3.7.0 file or Ark in any way. But the update is coming and it does include this updated file as well, so the warning message will be gone. You should be able to see the new Ark 1.54.0 update in “Ark > Updates” within the next day.

hello, I am already a customer twice with this theme which I really love it. I am considering a new project, a third purchase of this theme for putting books online, with the possibility of lending, borrowing books, like a municipal bookstore or a school bookstore. Here is my question: What do you think would be the best demo for me to download locally: I will do some tests with wampserver and my theme already purchased. And of course I’ll buy the theme when it’s ready to put it online.

The Main demo is the most universal so should also work well for book thematic. I would also recommend at least trying to make a site without a demo, it’s the best approach but with a steeper learning curve. That way you can really create anything you wish.

I bought the Ark theme today and I’m getting ready to start changing my website for this new theme and I would like to know what the best practices are for that.
I will create a development environment with a copy of my website and after everything is ready, I will send it to the production site and I would like to know if there is an uncomplicated way to do this, maybe a way to copy the settings made in the theme and send directly to the website or something.
What guide me on this subject?

I would recommend just working on the site online instead of locally. Find hosting/setup that makes this easier for you, instead of just drag and dropping changed files over FTP. There are many ways how to approach this, it’s more up to your preference. I would also recommend hosting with ability to create “staging” servers.

Can I have a problem with the registration of the topic in different domains? I will perform the implementation on a test domain, and then migrate to the production domain. Can I use the same registration key in both domains?

Yes, you can transfer license from local to production, limited up to 5 times. If you need more transfers, you can just ask for a limit reset. One license can be active only on one domain.

Hello. I am renovating a website with Ark license and I am using a lot of normal image sliders. I cant figure out how to disable autoplay on these. Also tried creating a custom slider with photos but it keeps autoplaying everything. It becomes tiresome when I have 5 sliders on the same page. How can I achieve this? I need the sliders to move only when pressing left or right arrows. Thanks.

Hello, I am unable to install ark theme on fresh WordPress site. When I click activate theme or preview theme , this message are showing: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
This is the error message i got in the mail Error Details

I seems like latest WordPress 5.7.1 update causes lots of errors like Fatal error: Out of memory and errors in allocation of bytes in excess amount and its not casued by lack of memory

This type of error is most likely not directly caused by an update. This errors happen when some PHP process runs out of it’s designated memory pool. You need a professional developer to debug your server to find the root cause of this. This issue is very complex and not exactly theme related. It is more server/WordPress related.
