Hello. I am renovating a website with Ark license and I am using a lot of normal image sliders. I cant figure out how to disable autoplay on these. Also tried creating a custom slider with photos but it keeps autoplaying everything. It becomes tiresome when I have 5 sliders on the same page. How can I achieve this? I need the sliders to move only when pressing left or right arrows. Thanks.

I just paid for the extended support but your support center doesnt let me in. It still says “Support Expired”. Can you solve this please.

It’s a matter of Envato API being cached. Until the cache regenerates for your username, please use the form located here in this case.

I love this theme and it’s easy, straightforward to design… However I purchased, it a couple of days ago, started designing… Loved what I saw, but when reopenning the page to continue working on it, The freshizer.php error… Not allowing me to continue editing the page…Sadly I will have to ask for a refund

Hey ark team—Love you guys and have 76 licenses! This is THE best theme for developers, and support is always wonderful.

Just a heads-up, WooCommerce is throwing an “outdated template” message for ark/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php—It still functions fine, but wanted to bring it to your attention and see if this is on your roadmap to update?

Hello, I am unable to install ark theme on fresh WordPress site. When I click activate theme or preview theme , this message are showing: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

This is the error message i got in the mail Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 992 of the file /home/**/public_html/wp-content/themes/ark/functions.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ’/home/**/public_html/wp-content/themes/ark/no-ff/theme-no-ff-fallback.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/share/pear’)

Already open a ticket. Please can you tell me how to fixt that ?

Can’t update the plugin Advanced Custom Fields to ver 5.9.5 manually and leave a comment 3 days ago, and the problem is still there today. can you just send me the plugin directly to my email box?

I seems like latest WordPress 5.7.1 update causes lots of errors like Fatal error: Out of memory and errors in allocation of bytes in excess amount and its not casued by lack of memory

This type of error is most likely not directly caused by an update. This errors happen when some PHP process runs out of it’s designated memory pool. You need a professional developer to debug your server to find the root cause of this. This issue is very complex and not exactly theme related. It is more server/WordPress related.

You could try changing the post type to product in the Loop tab of a Portfolio element. Then you might need to use PHP sub-elements in the General tab to print the data you need.

If you are a developer you can consider implementing the Isotope or Packery libraries for example. You can use the Loop element and again the Loop tab to print a custom loop of products, onto which you can connect the sorting library with CSS classes.

Is there way to make menu in one line ? because of too many items menu goes to second line so submenus not working well

When in the Loop in the “Loop Row” or “Loop Post” I will type “return false;” the page (frontend) is crashing. The script takes a long time, the page does not display correctly. I purchased Ark Academy specifically for the “Loop Post” chapter and did everything the same. The loop breaks with “return: false;”. I tried on two different sites and on two different servers.

Make sure you have latest PHP, WordPress, Ark and plugins versions. Then flush any cache you might have. If that won’t do the trick use the contact form on our profile to send your wp-login so we can take a look.

Hi, after an update of ARK last Friday I got a the following fatal error. Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_body_open() in /homepages/22/d368373238/htdocs/dev/wp-content/themes/ark/header.php on line 12 I’m at a loss, because no ARK theme was used. Not sure how to resolve this…

You need to be a registered customer and have an active support pack to receive support. Anyway, that function is from WP core so maybe your whole WP install is not working well. As a start, I would suggest updating everything to latest versions and then flushing any caches. For any further assistance, please consider purchasing the support pack, it helps fund the resources we use to be able to provide support.

Hi! Currently active layout for Single Product is “Default Product Single – New”, all configurations on product page and theme options are “Inherit”, it is not working, any idea how to show it? Thanks.

Hi, it seems that you have to asign the template on sitemap not only to “Single Products” but to other Woocommerce Templates as well, in my case “Product Visibility”, “Product Materials” and “Product Carving”... no idea why Woocommerce created them but it works now. Thanks.

Hey folks. Bought my 18th copy of The ARK today – and still love it. Wanted to install the demo content from “EVENT” but i don´t seem to have it in my overview when i go to Ark—> Demo Install. Can you guys hook me up?

I think we bought 10 ARC licenses. But it gets worse !!! Now ARC doesn’t save changes. Many, many hours were wasted again because no changes were saved. ARC – what the hell are you guys doing ?!
