Hi, In Mobile view in shop/categories page, After Choose filter option, side navigation appears, but after choosing filters, couldn’t get back to main page to view products. how to include close button in the side navigation?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, as there is no such option in our Theme for it, and the filtering works on Ajax so it will not get back to the main page but you have to tao on the screen of the mobile which is empty and that will close the sidebar on mobile.

Hoping to sign this off as complete this week but looks like I’ll have a lot of work cut out due to the theme elements not working as they should.

Here are some examples that I’m referring to:

Thank you for answer, I can see, However, maybe I did not explain it enough. We, off course, do not want to bridge any rules, nor get penalized. The testing subdomain where is Porto theme will be just for testing practices as many times there is a problem with plugins, theme or wordpress. Any difficulties may arise so nobody of our clients will get affected. Testing site will be set to: analtical tools OFF, maintenance mode ON, indexing OFF. Nobody will never see testing site, it will be just for our testing practicing before we make updates on life site. Do you think, it is ok? I have read your links but it mentions only when you create your site that is testing on subdomain before migration, I guess.

If you want to test you can go with the above article that I already shared with you but one license will be activated on any of the sites at a single time, whether it is testing or live site, for moving it to test or live site you have to follow the above article and this is the only possible way, otherwise, you have to purchase another license.

Latest update appears to have caused the “View cart” button to permanently be visible on the single product page rather than only appearing once an item has been added to the cart

Update for anyone wanting to hide ONLY the permanent “View cart” button on a single product page, use the following CSS, my first solutionb posted a few days ago hid a few other buttons so needed to be more specific: .wc-action-btn.view-cart-btn.button.wc-forward.ml-2 { display: none; }

Please edit the particular page and edit the banner row which has on that page and assign the Custom Class to that ROW of the WP Bakery as “custom_class_sticky” https://postimg.cc/DSMCTGkS

There is no such Bug in our Theme latest update, I have tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me on my test site with the latest Theme and plugins updates, For you, I have created a video as well of my test site, please check it here: https://jmp.sh/Cgx2rto

Those options are working fine for me and for all the other customers and that makes sure that the issue is not in our Theme update but only on your site and I have just contacted the support team as well and they told me that they have debugged your site and nothing is wrong on your site but it might some issue from your server end, or database which simply reset the setting of your site on save changes, so they suggested you to try the update of a fresh new WP as a test and check back…

So please follow the instructions given in your support ticket reply and reply to your support ticket accordingly.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
