We are sorry that you faced some problems working with our theme. But our theme is one of the most optimized on the market. In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/85-google-page-speed-grade-does-not-improve
Porto has optimized HTML, combined JS scripts, minified CSS, has style.css generator, conforms all the coding standards from WordPress (and it is checked and confirmed by Envato reviewers while uploading our theme to the market). We are always working on improving our theme’s speed and listen to all our customers’ reports. We release updates every 3-5 weeks so if any performance problems are reported they will be fixed asap.

In the post ‘Image Carousel’ is there anyway to automatically have the images inside the carousel crop to the same sizes? Currently when adding images in of different sizes they don’t adhere to any sort of ratio.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, as there is no such option for it, you have to upload and set the same size of the images and then it will work for you fine.

beginning to be sorry for buying this theme,, what’s with all the bugs?
first there was the activation issue, then the documentation went down, now that the documentation works I can see it’s full of misspellings and its short nature makes it pretty useless to get any valuable information from.
- In any way this new BUG is that there is no Shape dividers in the drop down

Yes, the custom page have customly built all the things, and that is the reason the default Theme Options does not work with it, If you want to use that option then you have to go with the default layout of the product.

First of all, you have to create attributes as color and set color for those attributes from WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes, after that you have to assign that color attributes to your site products and then you have to go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Woo Category Sidebar and set/insert the Filter Product By Attribute widget under it, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
