Hello, if i buy theme right now im buing theme from 2020 or november 2021? Themforest files are updated?
Hi, The theme was updated in 2020, but we push most updates through the Dentalia plugin. The plugin was updated in November 2021. Plugin can be updated through dashboard. The theme works well with the latest version of WordPress and pagebuilder.

Yes. Although the theme was not updated, we push most updates with the Dentalia plugin update (plugin which comes with the theme). The last plugin update was November 2021.

The Orion Carousel and Orion Featured Pages have the option to enable/disable the carousel autoplay. I have both options disabled and it is working for desktop, but not for mobile. Somehow the autoplay is still working on mobile devices.
As this seems like a bug, I hope I don’t need to open a ticket and renew my support subscription.

I am getting issues in SEMRush and in the inspector related to CSS created by siteorigin widget plugin. Seems the CSS is dynamically appearing in wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets folder and it is also removed. Css filex have sufixes SEMRush errors: issues with broken internal JavaScript and CSS files /wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/sow-image-default-d6014b76747a-15554.css?ver=5.7.2
Inspector errors: Refused to apply style from ’/wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/sow-button-flat-7ed72b907790-22024.css?ver=5.7.2’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Slider Revolution – Hi, we have 2 websites with the Dentalia theme. I noticed the version of Slider Revolution is 5.3.0.2 and it cannot be updated with the theme updates. Should I do something about this or will it not cause safety or compatibility issues to keep this old version? In your docs i read update notifications in the plugin can be ignored, is this still true? Thank you.
Hi, 5.3 version is outdated. I recommend to update the Revolution slider plugin.
1. Deactivate and delete the Slider Revolution plugin 2. A notification will appear to install the Revolution slider. Install it and the latest tested version of the Revolution slider will be installed

Most probably he has an outdated version of the theme. Update the theme to the latest version and the issue will resolve.

You can do this with a help of a plugin like Smash Baloon https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ Add the shortcode via the Custom HTML widget to the desired section.

Not issues, just Woocommerce shows an advice about obsolete files in theme. But everything is working fine, by now. Thanks a lot…
Im trying to update Dentalia Theme Plugin to 2.1.9. I click update, it is finishing. When I refresh Plugin Site Version 2.1 is showing again with update prompt.

The owner of the image sent me copyright due to the images used in the theme. I paid royalties because of you. Who will compensate for this?
Hi, We do not include any images in the theme demo import. It comes only with the image placeholders, which we created ourselves. The customers are responsible for the images they upload to their websites and they have to make sure that they own the appropriate licenses for them.

You can obtain a license for this particular image from many different stock image providers. This being said, you can obtain the license from any stock image provider you choose. It doesn’t have to be the company from which the attorney contacted you.

Hi, The theme uses open source (free) SiteOrigin Page builder, with custom features built on top of it. There are no additional costs related to it.
Hi there, “Dentalia theme plugin” is interfering with fluentSMTP and PostSMTP:
The FluentSMTP plugin depends on wp_mail pluggable function and plugin is not able to extend it. Please check if another plugin is using this and disable it for FluentSMTP to work!

There are two different mobile header layouts out of the box. One has cetered hamburger menus, the other has logo on the left and the menu on the right. Please see: https://dentalia.orionthemes.com/documentation/theme-options/header/mobile-header/#pg-1310-4
With a bit of custom CSS, the compact header could be modified, to display the hamburger menu on the left site (and logo on the right).
