Hey there guys! I’m very interested in buying Avada, however I have a few questions I have not found yet in the tons of answers you have provided over here so here they go: I would be installing your theme in an existing-online-running website, could this be done without the overwriting of every existing page? If this were to have a positive answer, could I install page by page without influencing the published pages? By buying Avada, I’m buying the tons of tools like images, videos, etc. but I could only use those tools for a single website as well right? Is there like a tutorial video where I could see the installation process into an existing website?

Installing any theme on an already built site means you will have to make some adjustments, each theme uses its own Page builder so incase your older theme was using a builder of its own that means you will have to either keep using it, or if you want to use Avada Builder you will have to recreate some of the content on the pages, yes you can also install individual pages from our prebuilt site if you want them, regarding the licenses yes its available for only a single domain, if you want to use Avada on more than 1 domain you will need to purchase more licenses, there is no tutorial currently that shows installing on an existing site because the process is actually same as installing it on a new site

I am really frustrated because I must updated my website to the latest version of Avada and now I am getting an error message that my avada theme is no longer registered even though it has been registered properly for years! So I logged into my themefusion account and confirmed that it was registered to the correct domain and it was, however, still getting the error message. So I deleted the registration from themefusion in hopes to re add the purchase code and generate a new registration token and now each time I attempt to register the purchase code on themefusion, it gives me an error saying invalid request!!! Of course my support ran out in April so I cannot submit a support ticket to resolve this issue. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and this is a joke. Please let me know what I need to do in order to re-register this product so that I can get my website updated and running ASAP! Thanks!
PS – currently running Avada version 7.3.1 and I have a purchase code from Envato but it will not allow me to register it on your themefusion website.

We don’t have such an option but you can use one of the many floating button plugins for this.
We do offer a sticky sidebar and you can add your buttons icons, links etc to that to have those float though.

We appreciate your continued business. You can add the existing cart widget from WooCommerce plugin to a sidebar and also use our Widget Element to insert any widget in a spot of your choice in any page as well.
You can also display the cart icon/submenu in your header/sticky header so its always in view.

If you have access to the purchase code / license info then updates are free for life with that info. I’m afraid we cannot really assist if you don’t have any info on the license purchase (as that is your proof of ownership).

I’m trying to edit the page title bar layout section via live builder. Header, Content and Footer all work in live builder, but not the title bar. I submitted a ticket, provided access to the site and it’s still broken. I’ve switched from child them to parent and disabled all plugins except Avada plugins. I’ve been at this for a week and getting frustrated.

Hi there, it’s a great theme with lots of features. It worked fine untill I have ugraded the theme and Wordpress
the backend shows 64 unread comment, although I have disabled to leave a comment. And when I go to the comment section there is no comment.
This isn´t normal, is it?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to your support account and removing the domain from there and click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

This theme adds a line of CSS that breaks the layout of The Events Calendar:
.tribe-events .tribe-events-calendar-month__day { height: 2em; }
Giving the element a fixed height like that causes text to overflow out of it because it won’t grow to accommodate the text.
changing 2em to auto fixes it.
I tried bringing it up to support but they want my account information, but I don’t have an account so hopefully someone here reads this. It’s a super simple fix, I’m not even sure why that line is in there in the first place.

Please try changing the design settings inside the events calendar and see if that helps, we do not replicate this issue on our local installation or demos so it could be setup specific.

Hi, i deleted the Contact Form 7 plugin to use the Avada Forms, but I have a problem. If they upload a file, i receive the mail with the link (not even clickable) instead of a mail attachment. How to fix this? Thank you

Nothing has been changed in terms of how the theme licensing works actually, the terms and conditions have always been same same from the very beginning, regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

You might’ve been able to activate multiple websites with a single Token but that was never part of the license agreement. The agreement still mentioned a single license per install rule from the very beginning. This rule applies to every single theme sold here on Themeforest.

Please test the issue without a child theme and with all 3rd party plugins/customizations disabled to see if its an issue with one of those elements or an issue related to core Avada.

I’ve installed a pre-built site and done everything necessary, including the latest patch, imported the whole demo. But the Custom Icon set for “Builder” does not show any of the icons. I even bought a license for USD$99 for FontAwesome Pro thinking this would be the solution (according to your documentation it seemed to suggest that), but this did not help and now I am stuck with a spare FontAwesome license I didn’t really need (I will try to get a refund on it). I have searched all your documentation and checked everything, but in the Icons section, I can see the Builder Custom Icon set, but each of the individual custom icons just have words, not the icons themselves, so I suspect something has gone wrong and the icons did not import? Also on the layout edit section for the places where those custom icons should appear in the demo, I can see shortcode for “fusion_fontawesome” icons and “fusion-prefix-builder-area” and so on. But your documentation doesn’t say if there is a special plug-in that helps with rendering this shortcode. Anyway, I very urgently need to get this fixed. Please help

You definitely do not need font awesome pro when using custom icon sets. It’ll be an issue with the icon set configuration which can be corrected.

I am a huge fan of Avada and own several copies of it. I have a feature request that I still can’t believe NOBODY in the WP world has done. Shopify has a far superior shopping feature where they show product filters ABOVE the products on mobile. Ie; a shoe store shows filter by size, type of shoe (sandals, boots,) gender, etc. up above the products. It uses a + and – so it stays out of the way. Otherwise, you can only sort a multitude of products by newness, price, etc. which is useless in a shoe store or any store that has multiple categories- or even men & women items. Can you guys PLEASE add capability for this? The sidebar is useless on mobile. The WooCommerce top of product filters are also useless unless you are selling a single category of product. Please see the Aerosoles Shopify website on mobile and shop ‘all shoes’ and see how brilliant their top of product filter is. If you guys could do this for WooCommerce I don’t think anyone out there would be able to buy any other theme on earth but Avada if they have a store!

For now, I’d recommend trying one of the many filter widgets that come with WooCommerce plugin. When you add them to sidebar, you’re not limited to a specific position. In Avada, you can change the sidebar position like show it at the top or bottom of the page. OR even insert any widget within the page content area with our Widget element.
