There is a 3rd party plugin called WP ALL EXPORT that is known to export as xml or cvs and that may work for what you wish, but must be tested first as we did not test. It is also important to test the file exported with the platform where you wish to import.

We do not have the same functionality in WpResidence. That exists in Rentals only. In css it is set to 100% screen width and height), and there is a container with a fixed height to leave rooms for the controls. That can be edited through custom css if someone wants a different container height.

Hi, I do not know if they can be placed on top. Depending on the phone screen, the map will fit the screen. Width is 100%, height has max value set by its container. On devices like this https://prnt.sc/13nr3lx you have the map placed as view as full screen, on devices with a different height you can see some space at the end. You change the container then it is changed for all devices.

The buttons are placed in footer as they are the same buttons in list and map view. Changing with css will break the layout for sure.

Hi Pablo, Thank you for the message. The label comes from the WpResidence Core functionality language file https://prnt.sc/13mfhhp

You can use loco translate to edit the language files from both theme and core functionality plugin – and we have video tutorial for everything related to translations here http://help.wpresidence.net/article/translation/

If there is something wrong in the translation, please let me know what language and how it is correct and we will edit the translation for the next update as well. Plugin edits can be overwritten during theme updates since it is the same file name.

Hi, Thank you very much for the message and for already using our theme. We do not have xml feed export. It is possible you can export an xml with WP ALL EXPORT plugin. Must must be tested and checked against the places where you wish to use this feed too. The export plugin works with custom post types and meta data too. but must be tested because that is all I know about it – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/

what is the difference between the Estate and Residence? I need a theme that can handle adding commercial real estate as well as regular buildings and rentals. Which one should I pick ?

Hi, We do not have 2 separate custom post types in either theme. So we have only properties.

Clients use sub-units in WpResidence – https://wpresidence.net/properties/apartment-building/ They are also properties, but you can choose to group them as sub-listings for a specific property.

The differences are several, they are not identical themes. Depends on what you wish to have.

The rentals comment, I assume it refers to properties with a rental tag. If you need actual booking, we do not have such an option in Residence or WpEstate.

The already built-in taxonomies that work as you describe are State -> City -> Area

WPML is ready and tested by WPML, but it does not auto translate the posts. You have to translate as admin, or you keep the default language in all languages for posts that do not have a translation.

Weglot does automatic translation.

With WooCommerce the invoices would be generated from Woo Commerce. They would send an invoice to the user as he pays. The theme generates a product for each package user tries to buy and the package/woo product details are in the woo invoice.

Subscriptions paid with woo commerce will not be recurring.

About the 2nd question, what we can allow is to set different membership packages for each user type. So users who register as agents can see different membership packages in their user dashboard compared to users who register as simple user.

That would allow site admin to create different membership packages. But it would still have to be a package deal. This means user upgrades -> his current membership changes to the new membership -> the available listings and available featured listings update based on the new membership.

Upgrade means package changes (it does not add listings to a previous package)
