Pre question: is it possible to change the language to dutch theme?

I mean, on default it should be Dutch. So no language switcher.

I am looking to enable quick view on my site but when I do this I have noticed an important shortcode is missing which I want displayed during the quick view preview. This shortcode is displayed in the main product page. Is there anyway I can edit/select what is displayed in quickview or go somewhere where I can add the shortcode?

No, sorry to say that but there is no such option in our Theme for adding the shortcode or edit content of the quick view directly with any page builder, this requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting our customization team at or hire a developer.

You have to change the Thumbnail Cropping as Custom 4 : 3 from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images as showing below, publish it, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I purchased this Porto theme 30 Nov 2020. When I want to activate it, I have this error code “Your ip address is blocked as spam!” I already checked my site IP address and it is not blacklisted. How can I activate this theme at my website? When I purchased Porto theme, I purchased Regular License at the same time that should allow me to have also future updates. How do I solve the issue?

1. With the pre-built layout of the Theme for products, you can not change the position of the content, if you want to change the position of the content, you have to create your own Custom layout using Porto >. Template Builder, please read more about it here:

OK So now I’m finding out that just simply changing out the about-us-banner is a chore in itself. Why didn’t you guys make it simple, like making it so admin can just go to the about us page, then add an upload media button for the inner header banner (you call it “about us banner”) but instead you make it difficult by requiring a person go to Porto>Template Builder>Blocks>and then edit the background img url which didn’t work even! HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE HEADER IMAGE IN THE ABOUT US PAGE PLEASE?

First of all, you have to take the complete backup of your site for avoiding any inconviniance, and then you have to Install the fresh new WP and Install the Theme on it by following this video: https://youtu.be/ec2pN2TBr2c and then you have to migrate your site products and content from your old site to the new one and it will work for you without any issue.

Hi, after the last update the font management for example in: Porto heading setting

It doesn’t seem to work, if I change the font size from 30 to 35 I move the whole layout.

How do we enable quantities to product page?

We only have a button “Add to cart” but no feature to add more of the same product. Is there a ”+/- box” with a number you can type in to add an X amount to the cart?

Ok, Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

I.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI.  If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.
