After installing a theme and importing a demo content, any changes to the Theme Panel (ex. adding logo) will not be able to save the changes. The rotating icon upon clicking Save settings rotate infinitely.

Each logo element has an option to disable the h1 for the logo. Hello, I’ve installed a plugin which has conflict with your theme. Basically, pages with that plugin integration are losing the header and footer formats. I was able to make it better by modifying the header.php in the child theme, it looks better but it is losing the css and some setting on the header menu. Please advise. I removed these line which made some improvement, but it still a mess. do_action( ‘tdc_header’ ); if ( has_action( ‘tdc_header’ ) ) { return; } I appreciate your help and support.

That depends on the type of post template used, standard or cloud. They can be customized in different ways. I have a client for whom I made a blog with your theme, now he wants to have a shop in the blog with woocoommerce.
I was disappointed to see that none of your themes have a shop and after reading some comments I have found out that your theme does not have any featured for woocommers though you have been announcing it would in the future for years. Please, can you be more specific as to when you will offer woocommerce features and settings?
I do not know what to do now, should I go on with your theme and create a limited and simple shop or should I change the theme a recreate the blog?.
I saw you always indicate this link when you are asked about https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/shop/And you have explained that this is done with visual composer editor, so my question would be can I use both builders, the tagdiv composer for the blog and the visual composer for the shop pages?

The upcoming theme update will feature a great deal of customization options for woocommerce. There will also be a few new demos for it. It will be a major update in this matter. The new update will be released soon, but I can’t say when exactly. My suggestion would be to wait for a little more time before beginning to work on the shop on the respective website, if possible, until the update is available. It shouldn’t be long now. I’m working on your team for a client of mine and have run into issues with GiveWP (donation plugin). More exactly this is the feedback from Give support:
I didn’t notice upon first look at this ticket that you are using the Newspaper theme by tagDiv. There is a known incompatibility with this theme. I realize that the organization might want to keep the theme, so there is a workaround that other customers have implemented. They’ll use a subdomain like give.example.com and use a different theme. Then use a navigation menu direct traffic from the main domain, and then back again.
We have this issue noted on our feedback site.
Our feedback site is designed to be the single source for all updates on particular issues. If any movement has happened, it will be displayed there for both the public and our team internally.
If specific feedback only has a handful of votes, that influences the priority we place on it. The more votes, the faster things get worked on!

Hi Cristian, Indeed there was some problem with the GiveWP, but as I know this is solved now, for this, please just disable and delete all tagDiv plugins that you are using and after that reinstall theme from Newspaper > plugins and the problem should be solved. For a specific CPT that I have in my site, I’d like to be able to set a static word between the Home link and the post title.
Ie, for a movies CPT, I’d like the breadcrumb to be like this: Home > Movie > The Godfather (1972)
With the current settings, I can only set the primary category as the only only categorization “path” in the breadcrumb… Like Home > Crime > The Godfather (1972) (where Crime is the main genre category of the movie)…

i purchased the theme a couple of days ago and every time i make changed on the Newspaper backend, it doesn’t reflect on the website frontend. This has been happening since i purchased the theme. I need a solution ASAP please.

That depends. Maybe the setting you are using in the theme panel is not used on the website. It depends mostly on the type of demo installed, PRO or standard. PRO demos are built entirely in the composer, and that is how they have to be customized, with the composer, every page and every template. They don’t use the theme panel settings. Maybe that is the case here, but I can’t say for sure based on the information you provided. I suggest creating a new topic in the theme support forum and mentioning there in detail what would you like to do on the website https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/ Then we will will be able to help. The theme covid elements are available in the composer https://i.imgur.com/YpzKyQl.png They were added a while ago and are used in a few demos. They display the data from an API automatically. If you want to use them, they can be used in any page built with the composer, and in cloud templates. There are also a few settings that allow you to configure them and customize them.
