Hello Everytime I import the demo content, the system don’t allow me to do anything, I can’t enter in the admin panel, the session is open but everytime appears Page not found. I’m trying everything… cleaning cache, renaming plugins folders… but it’s not working. Hi, you need to get Event Ticke Plus separately, they do now allow any theme to included their addon. But you can use built-in ticket feature of the theme with woocommerce to sell ticket. We follow Envato’s policy: https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy

Hi Leafcolor. Sorry to have to write in comment, but i have requested a refund since May 12 and get no more answer. As i said i don’t agree to buy a product with old plugin embedded with no upgrade. As i saif Page builder – Visual Composer (Save $34) is in fact WPBakery. Exclusive Showcase plugin included (Save $59) is from 2016 and you have published many update since. Quick Ajax plugin included (Save $22) is an abandonned plugin from 2014/2015.

Hi, I’m using a Megamenu (quadmenu) which worked perfectly on my site until your last update. Recently, ConferPress now forces the poster size images under the menu to thumbnails. Quadmenu support investigated, concluded and we confirmed the issue using other themes. Furthermore, the carousel post card on my menu are not responding to both my custom CSS and the plugin width settings while the blog post carousel clusters together. Hi, here is what you said about your theme a month ago “our theme follows WordPress code standard so all plugins can work normally”. I checked the compatibility of this megamenu with your theme before buying it. It worked just fine before your last update and I had no need to complain or request any support until my support expired – I was happy with the theme until recently. If the megamenu suddenly stopped working on your theme following updates, and works with several other themes, you should want to fix the issue. Please help as I wouldn’t want to change the theme.

Hi! I have a question before purchasing your « ConferPress – Multipurpose Event Tickets WordPress Theme». I would like to test it as a user. But on the Demo page (http://demo.leafcolor.com/conferencepro/events/community/list) I did not find the “register” tab. There is only an “login” tab. Could you give me the login details (username and password) for the demo site? For the user, not for the administrator. That’s cool that the user can create a new event without registering and logging into the site (http://demo.leafcolor.com/conferencepro/events/community/add). I tried to create a new event, but it never showed up on the site. Does this feature work? And one more thing: on the page for adding a new event in the “organizer details” section, I can only choose from the 2 proposed options. I understand correctly that as a WordPress administrator through the backend, I need to create organizations on behalf of which users can create events? I use event calendar plugin and now the thing is in the specific event, there was a block or section below which contains a button of “Add to cart” with a black Background.
