I want to use your theme to create a completely closed ad site (all content except the home page and registration page are inaccessible to non-registered users). In order to register a user, he will first have to purchase a subscription and only then have access to post ads and view other ads. What additional plugins do I need to purchase besides the ones that come with the theme to achieve this result?

With respect to your query here, well for that you will need the Listing Payments plugin and the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin to facilitate the functionality of the the paid ads and subscriptions respectively.
For the hiding of content you can use the WP Job Manager Visibility plugin while hiding menu pages you can use the if-menu plugin. Additionally since the theme is based on widgets if you want to hide some widget content you can go with the if-widget plugin.

I want to achieve the following: a multi vendor website where vendors can offer time-slots that can be booked by customers. Website visitors should find service providers by location and by the service type they offer Which plugins would I need for that, your own and third party? Can Listify do that?

With respect to your query here, we did change the way plugins are sold in our Astoundify website. As for now, you will have all plugins at a $5 monthly subscription and a $25 Astoundify membership fee which is non-refundable according to our policy. As for the theme refunds those are handled by Envato here.
Regarding the theme builder this works as an option if you want to integrate it with Elementor. In that case you can use the Elementify plugin to help the theme work with Elementor theme builder.

Your description is very deceptive, there is no mention of “you will have all plugins at a $5 monthly subscription and a $25”
Statements like “Get it all today”
Also in the description “Our demo uses these additional premium plugins:”
There is no mention of more fees
We’ve already hinted that you could charge for any of the following:

With respect to your query here, using both the WooCommerce Bookings plugin and WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin will allow users to create their own bookings and sell products within the listings. The WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin also has the option to earn commissions from products Listing Owners create.

hi, we bought your theme about 3 years ago and we would like to buy it back to update the site. We want to have some information before purchasing:
1- Is there the possibility to manage / modify the registration form with custom fields? And how? 2- Is it possible to add the check box for the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in the registration form? As per current legislation. 3- To activate the account, does the customer need to receive a registration confirmation email with a confirmation link? So that you can only sign up truthful people.

At the moment you can only add the custom fields using the WPJM – Field Editor plugin. The terms and conditions checkbox can as well be added via the plugin above.

Am assuming you mean on the theme registration, the email is sent to the users upon registration or creating a listing. Users will also get notified when they post a listing, and when a listing is approved or about to expire. One just have to ensure they have emails set up with your theme.

As for the second point, I’m afraid I haven’t explained myself well: for example we used this theme to create a directory of companies that need to register to be part of it. When a company registers, is it possible to send it with a confirmation link to make sure that only real companies register on the site?

With respect to your query here, you can edit the single listings using Elementor but the integration of the theme with Elementor requires an additional plugin called Elementify. You can edit static new pages only with the plugin and Elementor. For additional search filters and custom fields, we do recommend the use of the WP Facet plugin and the WP Job Manager – Fields Editor plugin respectively. You can create limitless fields and filters with these plugins.

Is it possible to change the zoom levels on the map for the widget area on the listing? Easy to do for the search page however i want to restrict how far people can zoom on the actual listing map

With respect to your query here, yes it is possible to change the zoom levels of the map. You can check this under the customizer option then go to Listings > Map settings. Then you can se the maximum zoom to be used in your site as shown in this screenshot.

The zoom settings do not seem to work on the single page widget, had to manually edit wp-content/themes/listify/inc/intergrations/wp-job-manager/js/app.js

another issue: listing regions archive pages show expired listings even though “Hide expired listings in archives/search” is set to true any ideas where to fudge something to hide these, ive tried with a custom facetwp for post status, however its a bit clunky and dont really want to have an extra search field

With respect to your query here, well I have replicated your issue regarding map zoom feature in the single page listing. However that minimum/maximum zoom is meant for maps on the search page. We can however suggest a feature for zoom functionality on the single listing page.
Regarding the listing archives showing expired listings this is already working on my end. If you are using the regions plugin then it could be the reason why as the regions are from a different plugin. However, I have selected all regions from my end and the expired listing does not show.

With respect to your query here, you can customize an archive page with listings but not with other archive pages. The theme would require the WooCommerce bookings plugin to be able to support reservations for listings.

With respect to your query here, the theme only supports private messaging using a external plugin. Users have to be logged in to send messages to one another. As for products you can cross sell or add products within your listings.

I am trying to remove the author icon from the homepage listings. I do not want people to navigate to that authors page.

With respect to your query here, Google Adsense can only be added to any widget area to have ads display. You can add banner ads in any of the available widget areas. You can also integrate ads into page templates via your child theme. Also, you can use any third party ads plugin or simply use the script provided by your ads provider.
