We need:
1- Seller upload they files on Amazon S3 server
2- Users could be seller/Buyer at the same time
3- They upload demo images/tags/additional file info
4- Seller have they dashboard for manage files
5- Customers have they dashboard for purchase history/re-download already purchases
6- have refund system
7- Website moderators could control published files for deny publish/accept/remove and manage
And options for these type of ecommerce websites.

1. With the WCFM multivendor plugin, you can either add a product with the option to be “Downloadable” and upload the file directly as a Media file, or have a product that is External. With this second option, the link to the file is set manually but the purchase is made from the external website, as well.
2. Yes, vendors can sell and purchase products at the same time.
3. They can edit products and add images, description, etc. like for a normal product.
4.They can do this from their Vendor Dashboard.
5. These informations are available in their My Account.
6. Refunds can only be made manually by an administrator who can cancel a customers order.
7. The administrator can manage and edit other vendors published products. Also, there are options for products to be reviewed by an admin before getting published on the website.

Hi there we purchased you Theme and are so far very happy with it. Since we are editing the Product single page as for our needs we are struggling finding a way to edit the code of the “Featured Action” widget in order to display the infos on our individual product template that we a creating with WP Bakery.
Can you tell us where we can find that code or suggest a better idea to display the auction information like: Starting / Ending Date, Pricing, add bid and so on.
We do not find the standard widget in wpbakery to display this info. The Woocommerce default widgets / modules are not providing that also.

2. Auctions restricted to suppliers selected by the company, at the time of creation of each auction
3. Each supplier only sees the auctions they have been assigned

Hello I am planning to use a theme on my project I you provide customization to add a function to it such that the bid increments rates increases as more bidders make a bid.
i.e. if 10 users made a bid, with an incremental bid rate of 50usd, after the 10th bidder the rate should increase to may be 100usd ( for example if the 10th bidder could bid say 500usd which the 9th bidder bid 450usd, the subsequent bidder, 11th bidder can only bid 600usd and above not 550usd)

Hi and thanks for asking! The freelancer mode is a quick start solution for a freelancing website (the payment can be made separately or by implementing a switch service author customization). The switch author will basically transform the author of the auction (service) in customer and vice-versa.
This way the initial author will become a customer and will pay for the service.

I’M TOTALLY FED UP WITH DEVELOPERS WHO DON’T SUPPLY A DECENT MANUAL WITH THEIR THEMES !!
Why do people have to contact support to setup an auction while this SHOULD BE in a manual? It’s BASIC INFORMATION GUYS !
This theme is just an add-on for the Woocommerce shop. You can’t even exclude products from the setup. Since I don’t want the website to be selling products, I don’t want users to see the possibility to select products to sell. I only want auctions and since this is an auction theme you should be able to exclude the option to sell products.
Besides that, I noticed that vendors have to register with a shop name and a shop URL. WHY? When private people want to create an auction this is not allowed/possible?
Last remark: I imported demo and there is already an auctions page but it only says [recent_auctions]. No clue how to setup everything and again: there is NO MANUAL to explain how to work with those shortcodes. ModelTheme says to contact their support. This is amateurism.
I am NOT happy with this theme at all and it’s been a total waste of money.

As mentioned in my reply to your other 2-3 comments (on the same topic), you are asking for theme/plugin customizations to be included in the theme (package/on in the options panel) – I sincerely don’t understand why this angry comments and negative without understanding how WooCommerce / the Marketplace plugin / the theme works.
Why do I say this? You are asking for two features that are not available in any woocommerce store / or in the settings of our theme / the marketplace plugin (in your case, Dokan).
- Private stores on the marketplace plugin – this feature doesn’t exist.
- Disabling post types while submitting products – (first of all you didn’t ask us via support – maybe our help agents would help you with some extra coding to disable other product types).
This being said, why being so angry for non-existing functionalities?
On the other hand, take a look at the main theme banner -> screen capture: we already mention that you can add both products and auctions. So far nobody asked to have the other post types disabled. So, why introducing such a feature, when only 1 from 1400+ customers asks for it?
Regarding the visible shortcode “[recent_auctions]”, most probably you didn’t install all of the necessary plugins. In such situations we require admin access in order to look into: Trust me, each situation is different and we have to look into the problem to be able to provide solutions.

Why does a vendor need to register with a name of a shop and an URL to a shop page? I want private people to be able to setup auctions without having a shop themselves.

First of all the vendor registration is functionality that comes from a 3rd party plugin (such as WCFM or Dokan – depending on which marketplace plugin is used on your website) – since the plugin is not supporting this function, I think it’s not fair to punish us because of a missing feature.
Note: So far, you are the first person to ask for such a feature, and I believe that since there are not so many people asking for it, plugin authors are not introducing it.

If you are planning to only add auctions on your site, then simply add only auctions.
Just in case, you want to get rid of the product types while adding new products on the site, there is no option built-in on Dokan or in the theme – But since this feature is not advertised on our theme I think there is no reason to be mad at us and punish the theme with 1star rating.

Hello there. First of all, it seems to be a very well working theme. Before I buy your theme, I want to ask something I’m curious about.
It is possible with woocommerce simple auctions to extend the time with each bid given in the last few minutes before the end of the auction. However, I would like to update the bid rate in this extension of time. For example, is it possible to provide different bid increases at different price levels in the last 3 minutes and add 30 seconds to the expiration time of each given pitch, or if you can make such an addition, what would be the pricing?

But I managed to make three consecutive bids and this message didn’t appear .
