I have updated all the themes, plugins and everything but i am seeing the below warnings in my dashboard.

Hi,
Those warnings relate to the icon-font libraries in the theme and mean that there are such kinds of files in the mentioned folders. It is highly possible that there is a problem with file permissions.
You need to change the file permissions for those files via Cpanel or FTP client. Here you can read more about the file permissions – https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/

I will change my domain in these two days.
I want to know what I should do? Because I don’t know what will happen when my website changes domain? Will my website lose all styles and pages and posts because its domain doesn’t have a theme key?
What should I do before I change the domain? I know I have three theme keys to use. But I don’t have any ideas about how to use them.
And, what should I do after I change the domain?
BTW, I don’t want to update the theme. Will changing the domain make the theme updated or not?

Changing the website domain doesn’t depend on the theme at all. We recommend you make a full backup of your website. You can add your new domain address in the Settings > General section of the WordPress dashboard.

To use the imported header, you need to modify the header.php file of the theme. Have you modified it?

I am using custom post Work with Elementor to display posts on the site. But ONY style “Grid with filter” has the option to choose with category will be display.
Other style option such as: Grid, Grid with Carousel, Masonry, Tiles does not has the option to choose which Category should be display. I really need those style option has the choose category option like the one in Grid with filter style.

When I upload image to custom post “Work”. Your theme will crop the feature image to 900×550. I would like to set the image is 900×600.
How do I do? I do not see any option in the theme setting for this.

We will take into account your request in our future updates. You need to edit this template ”.../wp-content/plugins/consulting-elementor-widgets/widgets/works.php” to apply your custom changes.
Moreover, it isn’t possible to change the crop size in the theme. The theme generates multiple thumbnails of different sizes. You need to use images with higher dimensions than 900×600.

The theme takes a long time to apply design changes. If I make a font change it doesn’t apply and the icons don’t appear. I install the demo “Barcelona” and you can’t see the icons or fonts either. If I make a color change, it doesn’t apply either. What can happen? I have tried activating and deactivating the child theme and parent theme. I have tried another theme and it works fine. I attach some screenshots.

Whenever you apply changes in the Theme Options section, the system generates skin-custom.css file in the “wp-content/uploads/stm-uploads” folder. It seems there are not enough file permissions for that folder and file on your website. You need to set 755 permissions for them.

All folders and files have those permissions and everything remains the same.
Apart from the fact that the theme is very easy to customize and that the design is fantastic, what really stands out for me is Stylemix’s support. Have you updated all the core plugins on your website? Moreover, the default header and Pearl Header Builder don’t work together. If you install and activate the Pearl Header Builder plugin, you need to set up your header in the Header Builder section. Upon this most recent update, the top bar for the header was automatically switched on which displayed fictitious contact information, blog post titles have disappeared as it seems the post header options have been reset… these websites that you’re pushing live updates to are forward facing businesses and errors like this can have very negative results. If you can’t push out an update that’s been tested, you should not push it out at all. I will never recommend this theme to anyone and will never EVER buy it again.

Hi there. I’m using a child theme, and I’m unable to update the STM Configuration plugin. It says the theme isn’t activated. What should I do?
OK, I was able to update the plugin manually, but when I change the date information on an event, it doesn’t show up on the front end.
Also, if I save the date as July 27, 2021, when I save the draft, it switches it to July 26, 2021! Please help.
Now I removed the end date, made the start date July 27, 2021, and on the front of the site it’s showing as “June 25 – July 2, 2021”. Something is terribly wrong.
If I delete the start AND the end date, the front of the site shows “July 2, 2021”
Looks like there was a problem with my child theme.

Whenever we make major changes to a certain part of the parent theme, you’ll have to check our release notes and compare the file from the parent theme with the modified one in your child theme. If necessary apply the customizations or modifications again. If you don’t do this, there’s a chance that your custom code (function, feature, etc.) might not work anymore.

I’m still having an issue with the date on the “Events” block of Visual Composer. The modern version is showing the date as June 25, 2008 no matter what I actually put in for the date.

after the update, my website design has completely reversed. your theme options was moved and when i try to access it, i keep getting errors “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”. your ticketing system wont allow me to ask for help because my support has expired. so are you saying that an update that broke my website requires me to buy support before you can fix? First of all, the theme functionality doesn’t rely on the support license at all. According to the Envato support policy, you need to have an active support license to get customer support.
The “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error appears only when the STM Configurations plugin isn’t up to date. So go to the Appearance > Install Plugins and update the STM Configurations plugin.

The update resolved it. I didn’t know it was out of date because it didn’t register in the WordPress update page. I had to go to the required plugin page before I saw that it was out of date.

That is a special widget for the Works post type. It works only with the Work posts. For posts, you can try to use the Post Grid element by the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.

FRUSTRATION! I installed Envato Market plugin, theme is activated but still got this notice. I searched here and see other client post about this long time ago but seem you didn’t do anything to remove it.

Could you please create a tutorial for “How to add related posts section” under work post in Elementor with your theme?
I tried to search here and the document section but can’t find the post like that. I also created a VC sidebar then add a Work grid there but the posts are not random, it’s fixed latest posts.
Anyway, please show us the best way to add related posts in Elementor. This is must have feature in any theme, you should have it or have a clear document for it.
