you don’t need to have clean installation. You don’t need to delete other themes, just install and activate Rehub.

you can translate Rehub framework localization files via Loco translate. Theme has spanish translation for site, but not for theme options. You should keep it in english because out tutorials are on english, so we describe english panel

Hi there!
I hope you’re doing well. I installed this theme on a staging site and then deleted the site. When I went to install it again on a new staging site, it says I have used my licence already and to deactivate the licence from the previous site. The issue is the staging site is already deleted so I can’t deactivate the licence. Are you able to help me out with this?

you can deactivate license when you install it on new site. Use actual theme version 15.8.3

Hi, thanks. I have optimised the theme as far as it can be optimised, auto-optimize defer, cloudflare, minify, Smush lazyload images, everything, and it still gets an F 
A brand new fresh install of the theme gets an F, tested on armo.co.za.
I do think that out-of-the-box without optimising we should get an “D” or “C”, which we can improve with optimisation to an “A” or “B”. But to get an “F” brand new install, out-of-the-box?
A fresh Wordpress install, or another theme I don’t get such a big Server response time flagged. Myself and hosts tested server and without Rehub there are no Server response time of WP installs.
The main problems flagged after optimisation, are:
- Excessive DOM size
- Avoid chaining critical requests
I cant see any way to fix these, do you have any suggestions?

there is no sense to compare page without content and page which is made in Elementor with a lot of blocks and images.
You have few main problems
1. your server location is not in USA area, gtmetrix default location is in Canada, so, response time is very slow. If you want to have similar speed from whole world, use Cloudflare or cloud hostings
2. You have a lot of bad settings in Elementor, for example, enabled custom fonts and icons, instead of using regular from theme
3. You are using carousels everywhere which must be avoided. Use smart scroll option instead in regular grid modules

4. If you check report, you will see that your main problem is response time. TTFB is 4-7s on your hosting and this is very very bad time. It must be 0.3s or better
One of reason of slow TTFB is that you have no cloud solution on hosting, so, it fast only from location of server

html page is not proper way to check score. You need to check clean pages in wordpress

4. Links and icons in mobile menu is generated automatically based on your header and menu.
5. Theme option – header option and enable header layout “Logo + menu in one row”
To get the follow store option we have to purchase th wcfm ultimate add on, is there any other way other than this, please?
