This is a great theme but not having the option to disable the sticky header and then asking people to pay for the code seems a bit cheeky. If your theme has sticky header enabled by default then you should have provided a disable function as is standard in other themes.

I’m sorry the theme doesn’t have an option to disable the sticky menu, it’s just not something many customers ask for so I didn’t build in this functionality. Please understand it’s not possible to add an option for every possible customization, but thanks for the suggestion, I will bear it in mind for an update. There’s a large update coming soon.

Although the current version of Soho Hotel has been out for a long time and is very stable now, so bugs are unlikely. It might just be a configuration issue. If you give me the details of how to replicate the issue I’ll investigate.

I am rebuilding an existing clients website from your old version to the latest version but have found an issue that I can’t find a solution for.
I have created several Seasons with variable prices added for all 7 rooms, but when someone tries to book the room on the Seasonal timezone/price it doesn’t show any room options.
Trying to book manually from admin panel gives the same result…no rooms available?
I am sure I have the Seasons set up correctly, have allocated rooms correctly but nothing shows on the dates set for the filters.
Do you have any ideas why this might be?
Seasons have no connection to room availability, so I very much doubt this is a bug. It sounds like you’ve simply misconfigured the room settings or availability, so I’d recommend double checking those things.

I’m experiencing “blocked” dates on the date picker even though individual rooms are available. My support already ran out but it would be a bit too much to pay for almost a “new” theme for an issue that shouldn’t be even there in the first place.

It’s not really possible for dates to be blocked in the calendar unless a booking actually exists which is creating the block, so I’d recommend double checking existing bookings, room quantities, etc. If you’re still having problems I can take a look but you’ll need to open a support ticket and provide your login details. I understand that you think this must be a bug but that’s unlikely, it’s more likely a configuration issue. If you extend support and it turns out this is a bug, I’m happy to refund the support fee in full.

Hello, I bought this theme some time ago and now change adult and child guest class only to guest. THe problem is that in the reservation form I still see old classes Adult and Child instead of only one – Guest. How can I fix it?

I am getting lots of errors in the theme, pictures are also not showing, there is some problem. please check once.
When I uploaded a picture in slider revolution the website started showing 503 ERROR. Hosting provider is saying.. from their end there is no problem, the problem is with the content headers they are saying you need to review it. Please rectify on an urgent basis.

Thank you. When you mean iCal sync is there – Is it going to sync with the existing booking calendar like the one in the demo site check-in and check-out dates? I don’t need to manually enter anything. Right? or is it something that shows the availability after I select check in and out dates?
Yes iCal syncing is automatic and it’s blocks the dates in the frontend booking calendar.
So for example the process goes like this:
1.) A guest places a booking on booking.com
2.) Soho Hotel downloads the booking.com iCal file automatically
3.) The date is now blocked on booking.com and Soho Hotel
Or vice versa:
1.) A guest places a booking on Soho Hotel
2.) booking.com downloads the Soho Hotel iCal file automatically
3.) The date is now blocked on booking.com and Soho Hotel

Rooms can be searched by check in/out dates, guest type and quantity only, there is no price filter currently.

We have a cottage with a sauna. We rent a cottage for daily rent, but we can also rent a sauna separately with payment by the hour. If the client has ordered 3 hours of sauna, then it is not possible to book a cottage for this period. If a cottage is booked for a day, then during this period the sauna should be unavailable for booking automatically. Will your booking system help you do this? Two different objects with the payment of an hour and a day, but united by the logic of booking. Is booking friendly with woocommerce?

Soho Hotel lets you book accommodation nightly, weekly or monthly, so it would be able to take care of the cottage booking.
Regarding booking the sauna, this could be added on to an accommodation booking as an add-on, but it wouldn’t be possible to just book on it’s own. So it wouldn’t be possible to book the sauna by the hour only, and block accommodation as well.
But if the 3 hour sauna price is the same as the overnight cottage booking price it could possibly work, you could add an option so the user can select which item their booking (cottage or 3 hour sauna), and it would block availability for both.
WooCommerce support will be available within the next few weeks, I’m working on a large update at the moment.

If you only need Serbian you can use the free version of PoEdit, but if you need multiple languages e.g. Serbian and English, or other languages you will need to use WPML.
