I have a problem.

When activating the sticky header, only the secondary menu is scrolled and not the logo, main menu or icons.

Neither the Header Top nor the Main Header are displayed with the Sticky Header.

This is because you have set the secondary menu as main menu as well: https://postimg.cc/z3frFssX let me explain you how it works.

Header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

Please I am having serious issues while trying to download any demo, I looked into the console log and there is an issue with magnfic-popup. I noticed this error in the console log on loading the setup wizard: “Refused to execute script from ‘https://niteonstore.com/wp-content/themes/porto/js/libs/jquery.magnific-popup.min.js?ver=1.1.0' because its MIME type (‘image/gif’) is not executable.”

This seems to be your server is denying to run and blocking some JS of the Theme which is necessary to run the Import functionality, so please contact your hosting provider and ask to check these on your site from your server and remove all sorts of restrictions from your site and then try again, and if you will face the same issue then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

We have a website that has been setup and that we are currently happy with. That said, we would like to create a new page and have identified a page in another demo that we would like to use.

Is it possible to import a single page from another demo?

We are running Shop 41 and we would like to use the About Us page layout from the Cleaning Services demo.

Yes you can, Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on the Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Indeed, the theme was purchased with all of the law and there have never been problems until now that it does not update the theme and does not allow a simple installation of 2 plugins. I do not have access to support because it took 6 months for the purchase (October 2020) Extending the support period is almost worth buying a new template. In my opinion, your template leaves much to be desired and if you have so many problems, take it out of the sale. I do not have support for failures of its own theme

Please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Themes and update the Theme from there, and after that please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update the plugins from there one by one, I am sure it will work for you without any issue.

I am unable to change the colour of the header of my website. It was supposed to be white but it is coming as blue may be because I washing shop 22 demo but ow I have installed shop 4 after removing all demo content.

Also when I am moving in apprearance>>> customise there it is showing perfect (white) but on homepage it is showing as blue. I want it to be white.
