I cannot find the block section on the dashbaord for a while. I found the blocks in elementor templates but I cannot edit them. I used to find the blocks before but I can’t no more. Do you have any idea of how I can get access to them. PS: my support expired

I saw your theme on a different site.
I think www.nourcards.com and www.egycards.com sites are using your theme. I want to buy a theme to create a site that will serve in the same industry. The products I will sell will be completely digital products and e-pin. The products to be sold will be the same as the products on the above sites.
So which theme is suitable for this service? Can you give examples of themes I can find? How can I review the demo admin panel?

By default Mobile Menu only took the Main Menu to show on Mobile and this is the default functionality of the Theme.
You can achieve what you want using only a single trick and that is as follow:
1. You have to use the Header Builder Functionality and create 2 Menu’s from Appearance >> Menu, set one as “Main Menu” and the Other as “Secondary Menu”, now you have to use the Secondary Menu to show on Desktop using Header Builder and set Mobile Menu as Main Menu, like this you will have 2 different Menu’s on Desktop and Mobile easily.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 20/11/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi there,
We are using the Shop 40 demo of Porto but am having trouble getting the filters and sidebars working correctly.
We would like to have product filters enabled in a sidebar on desktop and offcanvas on mobile.
Whenever we click the “filters” button on mobile the slide out menu just appears blank white.
Can you please advise how we can achieve this, I cannot see where I can define what’s supposed to be displayed in the mobile menu?

I tested your issue on my test site and the first thing you cannot set filters differently for mobile and desktop. There is only one option to set filters layout in our theme. Go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archive and from there set filters layout as per your needs.
And I tested my test site with off canvass and default layout of filters it’s working fine on mobile and desktop.

So the issue is only on your site, please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.

Hi, Thankyou for your reply. That is not what I mean. I want to use the third party plugin because of the conditional logic options. So when I setup the plugin and create variations in that plugin the main image does not change because the Porto theme uses an other gallery then the woocommerce default.

Header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2
1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.
And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.
You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB
If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.
This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.
The main menu is in the middle header and not in the bottom header row, there is the secondary menu.
