Please describe the issue better. What do you mean by “updating to version 8.0 is not possible for all customers”?
We hardly got some of our clients used to working with the WP bakery editor. From what I understood this is replaced by the live editor in version 8. So upgrading will require intensive tests, user training and such things. Thats why we can not upgrade in the near future.
At the moment only the Frontend Editor is deactivated but we’ll bring it back in the next version. If your client used the Backend Editor, then nothing will change for them.

Hello How do I disable any image scale affect and disable any colour overlay for the grid display of portfolio items? I can use CSS to hide the Post Title and Taxonomy… but I can’t seem to discover how to achieve these two things.

There is no need to use any code. Go to Impreza > Grid Layouts, create a layout and import the desired template. Then remove Post Title and Post Taxonomy elements from the layout and apply/disable hover effect at the Hover Effect tab of the element, please see this: http://somup.com/criOhRYU09

Hi mates, I updated today the theme incld. wpbakery and the new live edit feature. But now my background image from my first section is invisible. It’s in the source code, but it’s not shown, it’s simply white. -> slightly done, seems that your new update doesn’t work with Autoptimize anymore, if I deactivate the plugin, everything is working again. But because I only updated your theme and plugin, it appears to me that it’s not Autoptimize fault.

Hello Good time when we make a Content templates for products archive and for show use “item of the current query (used for archives and search results)” only show 10 item. therefore when I set 3 or 4 columns item it is not good preview , how we can set Custom number of items ? thanks alot

Are you referring to a GPL as a license? If so, then there are no GPL licenses available. All premium themes come with Themeforest Split Licences.

At the moment the Live Editor doesn’t support Content Templates. So we recommend using the WPBakery Page Builder. We’ll add Content Templates, Page Blocks support in one of the next updates.

Many thanks for your help recently, it takes time to learn these methods of updating theme… I have a quick question – the bars displaying in mobile view – how SHOULD I update this to the ellipsis-v Font Awesome icon? Unfortunately, this icon isn’t adjustable out of the box. If you’re familiar with CSS coding, you can add the desired icon with custom CSS code. Or you can hire a separate developer for this job.

1. It’s a brand new editor developed by the UpSolution team.
2. Both aspects were improved.
3. At the moment the Backend Editor is still used to edit Page Blocks and Content Templates. For new websites, I’d recommend using the new editor, but you can keep your existing websites as is. Actually, it doesn’t require complete redesigning. You can simply deactivate the WPBakery Page Builder and check your website pages, very likely everything will work as before.

Hello. On your impreza.us-themes.com demo, the typing effect. The “Create Your” stays in place. When I try to update this text in WPBakery, the whole line has the typing effect applied to it. What is the best way to apply the typing effect only to “the text I want to be typed”?

Third question. Sorry. I changed the theme colour to White Azure. How do I apply the cross-faded colour affect, is there an option to define this, or should I use custom CSS? Can I apply that same result through theme options? On your demo, the Class is: l-section wpb_row height_custom color_primary with_shape. On my version: l-section wpb_row height_custom color_primary – “with_shape” is obviously a theme option generated CSS?

1 – When I try this, the entire line is animated! If I change “Create Your” to “Create The”, for example, then the whole line is animated! In the demo only the last word is animated – BUT ONLY when it is “Create Your Blog” ... etc., exactly like that. I want to change the text, and that only the last letter is animated – like your demo. So, instead of “Create Your Blog”, I want to “Affordable Solution for Business” – and “Business” is typed.

I see. So when you delete all the Create Your… text, and replace it with something else, e.g. “This is a WordPress website” – “website” animates, and “This is a WordPress” is static (no typing effects) – ? I tried to access that site, but I get no email to login.
